Room was rather cramped, so with the restroom. we had difficulty moving about.

Food was good. Place was clean. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. We were given a room at the ground floor which was a good thing for us because we didn't have to go up and down

Food and meals should be made available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The place appears to be under staffed but courteous and friendly. Provision for meals/food should be improved. Overall, the place satisfied our requirement for the 2 night stay.

There’s a roach. Toilet wasn’t too clean when we checked-in. The wood bed frame caused one of us an injury because it’s kind of protruding and it blends with the floor’s tiles so it’s easy to not notice it.

Waking distance to the beachfront; food was good compared to the neighboring places that offers food as well.

i overall loved my stay. however I noticed that water pressure is not that good because the shower does not work as strong aa I expected it to be. also, I noticed ants crawling on the corners outside my room (around door area)so hope they can improve that

- loads of visible dust on the obsolete (aircon) ceiling fan - nothing to hang clothes/towels - nothing to do, swimming impossible, need to hop to other town for boat trip to islands - more for local groups, less for tourists - no groceries (water) etc.

- simple but sufficient - value for money - friendly staff and community (neighbours cook the breakfast and dinner) - nice private VIP rooftop jacuzzi

The room is small not as expected. The pool is small too. They don't serve other food aside on breakfast. There's only one restaurant nearby. Not a safe place to go to the beach because of the big waves. The beach area is not clean, there are dog poops! Smell is not also nice.

Breakfast is served but on the 1st day of no other choices, because the owner is not around as per the staff. But on the 2nd day, we have other selection already. A quiet place at night.

Great Location, 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a restaurant just across the street and a trike pick up point at the end of the street. Trikes are only 30-50 pesos for a trip out to the town centre. The hosts are great people and you get a great breeze sitting up on the top floor above the bar & pool.

It was warm in the bedroom that has no air conditioner. Though there was an aircooler inside the bedroom, it was not enough to make the room cool. But in total it was a good stay.

A bathroom pipe burst. We were woken up at midnight due to water gushing out our front door. We woke up to ankle deep water. Our phones and Ipads survived the water (lucky!) but had other personal items damaged like handbags, backpacks and some personal contents damaged. Was extremely inconvenient and annoying to have had to pack and move rooms with a child at midnight on our last night. To top it off, no compensation, not even an offer for a refund was offered. Just lots of sorry.

The photos in their ad is misleading. This resort is a small inn with no generator set that is operational.. we suffered 3 hours from 10pm to 1am waiting for electricity to be restored so we can have a decent sleep. No restaurant. You have to drive to look for food nearby.

Not as expected at all by Web site by a long shot ,very bad smell in room ,beach was not pleasant due to rubbish, food area by beach was all new variety of foods meal we had was good friendly people, better than what hotel offered

The staff is very accomodating and friendly. The place is clean and comfy. The food is good too, we ordered their chicken teriyaki and tonkatsu bento for dinner and we had langgonisa and cornbeef for breakfast. We had a bit of problem in one of the rooms as we forgot the keys locked inside when we left next morning for the beach. The staff had to break the doorknob for us to get in because the spare key didn't work. Even though they had to replace the door knob they were still very kind and attentive to our needs. Kudos to the staff team!

Accommodations were great! The breakfast options were delicious, the room's AC was more than enough to get a reprieve from a hot and humid afternoon and the rooftop bar was a great place to visit with other guests and locals in the evenings. The Palms just a short walk to the beach to get your swim/surf/paddleboard fix or just lounge and watch the waves.
