I had a hard time picking my accommodation as there were just SO MANY options in Boracay. This was in a prime location located right next to a diving center and 7-11 – and immediately a less than 1-min walk up to the beach. This place was so easy to find. Location aside, I was blown away with their hospitality and the cleanliness of the room. After staying at 5 different accoms in Boracay, trust me when I say the gold standard they uphold is bar none. The hotel manager Ellen made me feel at home; friendly, personable, and professional. As a solo traveler, she made sure to check up on me and I was able to hear about her travel recommendations around the Philippines and personal stories too. Forget about the hotel chains and big-scale hotels. For reference I stayed at La Carmela de Boracay before moving here. The staff at La Carmela simply could not meet my needs because of the volume of people coming and going. Plus, no wifi and really dimly lit rooms with maybe a cleanliness level of 7/10 at best? The team here at The Paragon is so attentive they made me feel like a queen. I hope they never change. And more travelers should be patronising them – I’m just glad I did. I miss Ellen already ❤️

We really cannot think of anything unlikeable about Paragon. But just want to mention about the public road going to Paragon, they’re very rough (parang pupunta ng moon lol). We hope that the officials or whoever’s assigned to the development of the road there should fix it immediately so it does not affect the hotels/accommodations around it.

We really love everything about Paragon! We were 4 (1 kid) and I believe our room got upgraded (for free) because we initially booked a room for 3. Staffs were very warm and welcoming, they allowed us right away to check in even though we arrived early. The location was perfect for us — not beachfront but very near the beach, just few steps away. They also provide beach towels and sarong whenever we go swimming. Room was spacious, clean and we can’t get enough of their shampoo with conditioner, it’s legit shampoo WITH conditioner! Our hair’s really soft even without putting on a separate conditioner. 😂 But what we liked the most were the staffs really! As introverts, we do not get comfortable easily talking to other people and we liked that the staffs are not that chatty but are accommodating! Their level of engagement was just the right level for us! From the girl staffs who were always smiling to us, one staff who has helped us booked a land tour with Kuya Glen and Kuya Bryan as well, the famous tiktokerist of Crystal Kayak to the quiet staffs who prepare our breakfast. 🫶

Highly recommend this hotel! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends. - location is perfect, just few minutes walk to the beach. 7-11 is also conveniently nearby - hotel staffs are outstanding! Miss Ellen and her staff are all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. - rooms are spacious, clean and neat. Beds are very comfy. - hotel provides beach towels and sarong - breakfast are all deliciously served on their rooftop deck overlooking the beach - love the overall vibe and aestetic look of the hotel.

It took awhile to inform us that there was no pizza.

Breakfast has the filipino flavor and taste good. Add more fruits maybe. Amazing place near to the beach, restaurants, stores and boracay water activities.

I think they should have a pool in the building or vicinity so as you can also enjoy the place aside from the beach.

Breakfast is good, but just a suggestion, it would be better to serve different breakfast everyday, best to have vegetable and seafoods if with rice for a change.

Clean and spacious room. Quality fixtures and furnitures. Option to request certain dishes. Offers to market fresh seafood and cook it. Kind and helpful staff. Good Internet connection and cable provision. A roofdeck dining area overlooking the beach. Beach towels and shawls provided. Strong water pressure with hot and cold shower. Solar powered water heaters. A few meters away to the beach.

The first day of our arrival, we had to clean up the filters of the aircondition because they were really dirty. The shiffon of our shower was blocked and the water made a lake outside all over the wc. We informed the reception and they called an engineer ti fix it the next day. The 2 day, some bugs of the wooden wall of decoration, came out on the bed and on our faces during our sleep. We informed the reception and asked them to change us a room. They changed us and the 2nd room was ok

The hotel was near the beach and the bus stop of hop on hop off bus.

Breakfast is nothing special, always the same and very poor. I spent first night in a very very noisy room and when in the night i called the reception they said "we know but we don't have any other room", the day after i complained again and then i moved in another room. Hotel is nothing special.

the property does not look like the pictures. it is older and small room. there is no elevator either. You can hear the noise from outside. they could’ve done better selection with the breakfast and upgrade the facility

I like the entire room. It’s very cozy and comfortable to stay in. It has Netflix access, perfect if you just wanna rest after a long walk at the beach. The best part is the bed. So comfy to lay onto.

We loved everything in it. The room was spacious for the three of us. It was our first time to stay in here very affordable and staffs are friendly. I recommend this 100%. Kudos to the staffs!
