When we arrived at tower 1 I dropped my wife and daughter with our baggage so they could meet our caretaker name sara then when our caretaker called up she said we should be at tower 5 so I called my wife and daughter to get our baggage and get in the car. When we reached the tower 5 caretaker sara said we should be in tower 1 and I was so disappointed to the point I have made my wife and daughter get out and get in the car with baggage. Next is for the parking I would suggest that if there will be guests who will be booking for staycation parking should be provided for free for one slot so there will be no difficulty for parking space. Then the air conditioning (AC) and wifi are not working at first hope for improvement next time.

Cleanliness and toiletaries missing. Also tough to use electric plugs as adapter doesn't have support. Checkin was bit confusing.

View to Taal. Other day i could see fumes coming out of volcano. View changes every few minutes. Cloudy, sunny, rainy.. great! 7/11 just below is handy.

No wifi throughout our 3-day stay. They said it’s prepaid wifi so they have to reload it, but they just made us wait for nothing even after several follow ups. The bedsheets kind of smelled “kulob.” And they only gave us 1 towel knowing we booked for 2 pax.

The place is very near restaurants and malls. The view from the balcony is superb. The appliances are complete. And the owner is easy to communicate with. Check in was smooth and they let us in several minutes early.

The view was fantastic. The room is simple but clean which is more important to us. Facilities such as aircon, water heater, etc. are working okay. Basic toiletries such as towels and tissue paper are provided. We checked in late due to unforeseen circumstances but Ms. Karen was responsive to us.

I think the shower wasn't clean for a long time, coz when I 1st used it, it smelled stinky, and then we opened it until the smell got good. There is no free dishwashing liquid, shampoo, soap and tissue.

Comfortable, clean, and spacious bed for couples. There is more cabinet in the room. Also, there was a free bath towel. Complete kitchen appliances such as kettle, induction and oven. The balcony was the perfect place to have a meal with my partner, it was more relaxing.

Electric Kettle is not working and it also say the room has iron and toilet paper but there's none. The wifi load also ran out in the middle of the night though they loaded it up after informing them.

Location is the best. It has perfect view of the Lake and just right walking time to the pool and parking lot. The place is clean and smells nice. Owner responds quickly to questions and requests.

The entirety of the package. For me, it was one the most affordable booking I've had. The view was priceless and picturesque. The amenities were just perfectly fine although you have to pay extra for the swimming pool and parking. All in all 'twas a great experience.

I was not able to connect to the wifi. The sheets im not quite sure if it was newly replaced,it stink actually. Please replace your bedroom lamp. It was kinda creepy bec it was flickering and then turned switch off then it lit up again. I almost screamed i was so afraid huhu 🥲.

the location of the unit is breathtaking with balcony where you can view the taal. The staff was kind. Spacious. Minimalist.
