Nothing really to moan about. No hotel is 100% perfect, but where there are slight imperfections these can be overlooked by everything else they do right.

From the monent we arrived, we were treated extremely well. All of the staff were fantastic and very attentive, however, we'd like to give a special mention to Donald (The Manager), Dexter (Bar tender and entertainment) and Maricel. These 3 were exceptional. The free activities, snorkelling, kayaks etc are a great idea. The pool is great. Very clean. As is the jacuzzi. The food is delicious, and drinks are reasonably priced.

You can find any fruit in the Philippines, so I was surprised by the lack of fresh juices on the menu.

The food was very good, but there was no freshly squeezed fruit on the menu.

We were without a car and the resort is not near a town of any real size. There are a lot of steep steps to negotiate.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating! We had a little trouble with the a/c leaking in our room and they upgraded us to a nicer room without us even asking. The food was very good. The man-made sandy beach was nice.

It’s hard to find anything bad. Actually everything was excellent from food to all the facilities they offer but what I appreciated most was the friendliness of all the staff including the management.

The choice of the breakfast was excellent and also the quality. The location was quiet with a very creative layout. Also everything else the provide such as diving equipment, gym, whirlpool, etc was outstanding.

Minor only, the bathroom a little smelly, some food are value for money, some are pricey. We were not able to use the balcony because it's near the Aircon exhaust, it's hot there.

Free amenities. Accommodating staff. We enjoyed the karaoke, billiards and my husband enjoyed the kayak. The hotel manager is very accommodating. Thank you

Prices are confusing. Beginner diver pays 3,500 for gear and dive instruction as well as the shore dive. Advance diver (Me) would pay 1700 for gear rental and 2500 to dive master for a shore dive. Also hate the fact that I couldn’t rinse off my paddle board when I was stowing it away.

95% of the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Facilities are amazing.

I had my birthday there the little cake with the sparkler was bland some rum or brandy would give it omph!

The sisig was a bit fatty. I would want it to be more crunchy and chewy. The description for our accommodation in booking.com was seaview but when we got there it was actually pool view. But agreed to take it since I love the customee service they had. We settled in efficiently. The cr, there was mo soap holder. Water pressure was a bit slow.

I love the welcome drinks. Its a big plus💯. The staff was friendly and approachable. Especially Jener Arizala. The amenities was for free. Love the steam room, sports area and the gym. All staff are attentive. The owner was exceptionally hands on. It was our anniversary, they give us compliementary cake.

We enjoyed the overall ambiance, very relaxing and happy place to spend our vacation. Their staff are very accommodating and friendly. They made sure we enjoyed our stay and that we had everything we need. Foods are exceptional. Peaceful place to stay, oceanview from dusk to dawn is beautiful. They have gym. Recommended 100% Will come back and stay longer than a week! Worth every penny.

Wifi was a bit weak, plumbing could have been a little better, and the parking was limited.

This resort exceeded my expectations overall! Donald (Property Manager) and his staff were outstanding and very accommodating. It was unfortunate that we visited during the rainy season because there would have been more water activities that my family and I could have certainly taken advantage of had the weather been better. That said, we still all had a very good time in large part because of the hospitality of the staff, which was greatly appreciated! The food, drinks, and service were excellent, and the scenery was beautiful. Simply put, a very nice vacation spot!

They are easy to talk to, staff was great they make sure your request will be served as much as possible. Food was great especially the LOMI Special and for a coffee lover like me the brewed barako coffee that you can refill as much as you want to was really a bonus Thank you also for taking care of us during our island hopping especially to Kuya Wison and the bankeros team. Worth the stay!
