Bad lightings in the room. Parking is public so it so hard to find one. But staffs are accommodating and helpful. A bit pricey for its kind.

Rooms need updating and housekeeping questioned every request, towel, soap, toilet paper.

Location cannot be beat, great view of the plaza, only if you get a front room.

The lighting is poor. No slippers. Not so clean. Dusty. The scent of the room not so good. Public parking. The concierge can't see the facade of the hotel, he needs to walk out and look most of the time. Must put CCTV for customers car parking.

Parking is one of the problems, especially during office hours since it's beside the City Hall. With regard to our room. It wasn't cleaned well since I guess we checked in after a big event at the hotel which was understandable.

I like the location. It has so many options with regard to food. ATMs are around the area as well. Groceries, Convenient stores are also around the area. Drugstore within the vicinity also. It is also near the church.

I requested a room facing the plaza, I didn't realize I have to pay extra P1000 for that. It was not a clear deal. If you ask for a plate to use in the room, there's a delivery charge, that suppose to be part of service, I always give tips twice as the price actually but it's the principle I'm after.

I like the breakfast but there are flies eating my food. The restaurant need air curtain above the door.

Given room 402: shocking condition for a supposedly " Executive " room - badly torn, old wallpaper, old shelves where paint had peeled off., carpet not vacuuned daily, blood stains on bed sheets one day.. ( photos available);.Asked to change room, was told hotel fully booked up. Said I would write a terrible review, only then, after some time, , we were moved next door to 402 - slightly better, with parts of wallpaper missing. But there was no hot water from the shower, despite daily complaints. Few amenities, the one bottle of water was not refilled daily, there were no teabags.

Location: the only hotel in the area where we had work to do Pleasant staff who could do NOTHING about the disgraceful state of the rooms we were given.

A/C control not working. Bathroom very small with a tub? Church noisy. Breakfast out off everything we ordered each day. House cleaning wanting to clean the room at 10:00 am the day we are checking out! Why?

Shower was soo slippery even with flip flops. My wife slipped and hit her head. Room was dirty and dark. Elevator was modified with cables exposed and taped to wall. There were no other guests it seemed haunted. TV did not work with old remote that had no letters.

Blanket and comforter smelled bad - "mabaho". Wall papers were peeling everywhere. Cabinet paint was flaked off. Glass Windows were dirty. Window sills were dusty. Bathroom smelled awful - "mapanghi". Plaza Brew closed too early - 8PM. Aircon in Rm 401 was difficult to operate. Too many remote controls for the TV - it was confusing, ang hirap to get it to TV channels - so I was not able to enjoy TV the first night. Second night, the house staff helped us fix it. Aircon at the 3rd floor lobby lounge was leaking... there was a pail to catch the leaking water. oh my!

I liked the Beef Tapa for my lunch. Staff were courteous but needs to be more attentive. We needed to go to the counter to ask for help or service.

no one accompanied us when we got to our room, room key wasn’t working, elevator was broken, AC was leaking, no view when I look out the window, no parking for guests with vehicles, bed was so hard but pillows was so soft, almost nonexistent, asked for a late checkout but granted 30 minutes only

location is very good, close to church, convenience stores, fastfood restaurants, plated breakfast was good

The lift was not working and we were not advised prior our arrival. We were checked in at 5th floor and using the stiff staircase is a challenge. The air conditioner produces weird loud sound as well so it was hard to get a decent sleep.

This is my second time staying in this hotel and it did not disappoint. I love the location of the hotel. Check in was easy, room was spacious, beautiful, and clean, & the staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good.
