We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesThey are neither strict nor consistent in implementing the health and safety protocols. When we arrived, we weren't asked to scan our temperature, or scan or fill out a contact tracing form. The guard just directed us inside, where we saw a hotel staff by the kitchen talking on the phone with the mask on his chin. Oh, the guard's mask was on his chin, too. We were among the first at the restaurant the following morning, but we noticed that shoe prints on the elevator floor. It made us wonder if the elevators were being sanitized regularly, and if the hotel is understaffed. Suffice to say we didn't feel confident that hotel was clean, and the staff, abiding the strictest health protocols for the safety of everyone. Also, check your balcony door. Make sure that it can be locked, because ours wouldn't. The hotel was fully booked when we came, so asking for a room change wasn't an option. I stayed up that night later than intended because I was worried about the balcony door being unlocked.
The hotel is new and located near the city center. The room is bigger than most hotels'. It comes with cable TV and water heater. It even boasts of a corner sofa at one side of the room. The pillows and mattress are comparable with those of a five-star hotel. The internet connection is fast but goes off every now and then.

For me, the location is good as I was able to relax as it was quiet and peaceful. Dining area was clean and well presented. Other facilities are good.

PhilippinesI didn't like that the property's lack of coordination with parking spaces and limited parking. I would understand the limited parking. But in consideration to guests who would probably check-in with vehicles, since Baguio is travelled by land, they should have coordination with parking spaces. Just like most restaurants in Baguio, since parking slots are limited, they either have a vallet or good arrangements of in/out vehicles. Nonetheless, since the hotel is new, everything else is great. And I would definitely check-in again!

Philippines1st of all the hotel is not fully operational parking basement is still alot of debree 2nd the room shower inside even some tiles are not yet fix with big hole under the sink 3rd the hotel is keep on brown out and the worse is on Saturday night there is brown out for 30 min and yet this is the first time I stay in a hotel without power ganerator
