Elevator is very busy when there’s event Cupons for breakfast??? It’s supposed to be ‘modern’ Swimming pool under renovation which is disappoting Aircon wasn’t properly working but there was a fan provided

The steak restaurant wasn't open, the igloo bar wasn't open. The swimming pool was closed and half the menu at the Japanese restaurant wasn't available was also the same at the cafe. We chose the hotel on the these basis so was extremely disappointed on arrival. We also chose the hotel as they had a smoking area, which was great until we checked out and was told there was no smoking available and yet by email clearly stated that there was and we had been using it for 3 days. However the duty manager was very accommodating and escorted me down to have a smoke.

The hotel was in a great place, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, polite and swift. Room was very spacious, and had everything u would need in a room. Duty manager was very helpful and is such a nice guy, had just transferred from holiday Inn.

Rooms are a little worn out, could be cleaner. We stayed two nights and the rooms were not made up during our stay, strange booking system to go to the pool. Bar on the roof not open. Remotes in both rooms did not work as the remote batteries were old. A little more care would make this hotel better. More of a 3 star property and not a 4 star. Pictures on Booking.com reflect a newer, cleaner property.

Breakfast was abundant but very local. Not destined for an international crowd. Mostly rice, dried fish and meat. However, omelettes were very good. An offer of more fruits and yoghurts would be appreciated.

Very nice location on the heights of Baguio, it is very quiet. Room are spacious with balcony overlooking the city. Staff very helpful. Good international and local choices in the restaurant. Covered parking available.

Our room is located in front of the street. We can hear the noise of the vehicles passing by.

The hotel location is not crowded. All the staff are accommodating, courteous, and very attentive to the needs of the guests.

Booking.com seems to have hidden charges. We were overpriced of almost P6,000.00

Everything is great except that Booking.com overpriced us. You can contact directly to the Hotel and it offers lots of discount.

The tv channels were very few. Towels, robes were not automatically available on the room unless you asked. For the rate I paid, I expected to have those already. There were very few options on the restaurant menu if you are a solo traveller. The food offered were big orders. I booked the room because of the balcony, and so I expected it would be a place where I can sit around, but there was no table or chair there.

The place is fairly new during my stay so everything looked really polished and clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff were accommodating. The location is amazing, surrounded by trees and away from the busy part of Baguio.

they are understaffed takes a long time for the toiletries to get to the room and very limited have to ask for toilet paper several times to be given 1🤭🤭 and its undertandable that the room does not come with aircon coz ur in Baguio but it gets hot under the comforter and the fan is not enough thin blanket will suffice

hair-raising one way access via steep ramp to the basement parking (but it must be noted that this is usual in the city, which is not for driving newbies.) fortunately for us, it was low season and there was plenty of space.

Breakfast well-selected and different each day. close to attractions, but not in a busy location. pillows and bed were very comfortable. friendly staff who wanted to please. thank you to Florenz at breakfast who took a great picture of us.
