although very safe, there is almost nothing interesting surrounding the property (restaurants, touristic sites....)

Welcoming reception desk. Relaxing, clean, comfortable and spacious apartment much more better than staying in a junior suite of a 3/4-star hotel. There is a small convenient store open 24-hour very close to the property. Nice pool.

- The air conditioning was a bit noisy but bearable when set to power-saving mode. - The shower room had slow water drainage, causing minor flooding after each shower and taking about 5 minutes to fully drain. - The receptionist on the ground floor had limited understanding of English. I faced a problem with my GrabFood delivery, where only part of my order was delivered. When I asked the receptionist for the international code number and if I could use their phone to call the restaurant, they barely understood and were unable to help.

- The location was great, within a 15-minute walk to the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) where my business conference was held. - The facilities were excellent, including a washing machine for my laundry, so I didn't have to do it when I got home. - An iron and ironing board were also provided, which was very helpful. - The WiFi was great, with no issues loading online movies.

A plus will be the Air Condition in the whole Appartment of Raidiance Manila Bay, but unfortunately NOT at the floor, when going to the Appartements. The Service from the Employees is from very very good - to "okay". It depends, which Person you ask for a favour.

The Radiance Manila Bay Hotel is a comfortable Living Place, within Manila, a City where you are surroundet with lot of poor people. This gives a mixed feeling. On the one hand, you have a lot of comfort and security as a foreign visitor of this City. But the people in your direct neighboorhood have nothing from this, what you have there in this Hotel. When you book an Appartment with kitchen, this is also a big plus, because you can buy basic food in the convinience Market direct at the Hotel. The Room Space feels very comfortable. Great location. 5 minute walk to Manilla bay. Small apartment, but clean quiet and comfortable. Equipped with everything you would need to cook your own meals. Friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic studie apartment, clean, with all the facilities you need - and a little extra. A great value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was super nice - and for me location was perfect close to the port and easy to get to from the airport.

Shower wasn't hot at all. Remote for TV hardly worked unless you pressed hard on the batteries.

The bed was super comfy. The little shop attached to the building added an extra bit of grocery comfort. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Manila for the first time.

The pool and even the apartment was perfect for na number of us. We even have laundry facility which is awesome for a well budgeted vacation. Wry close to MOA. Ocean park, star city and even other malls too.
