The in house meals were not the best. Ordered a meal was quite disappointing and ended up eating out the whole time. I know this is out of the hotel control but a frog slipped through the toilet into our bathroom.

They have birds in a cage, which is very sad. There are loads of beautiful birds flying around the hotel, to encage them is pointless and cruel.

All the staff were so lovely and friendly! They made our experience even better. The hotel and our room was super clean and comfy. The view from the swimming pool is gorgeous!

Staff (except for the pool bar guy) was very passive. For example did not check in if guest wanted to ordes drinks, empty glasses were left for hours. We wanted to connect our tv to wifi, it did not work out witch is ok but would have appreciated information on process instead of having to ask them 10 times and not get any follow-up

Food menu is good for a snack during the day. We felt meals were a little inconsistent depending on the day.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, with the nicest views in El Nido. All the staff were friendly and helpful and would go above and beyond for their guests. The swimming pool was a highlight especially the brilliant barman Arjill who looked after us all week during our stay. Rooms were beautifully made up daily and very clean. Breakfast was basic but live egg station, toast and cereal was all we needed to start our day so did not matter. I could not recommend this hotel enough. We will be back for sure.

Firstly, take Cloudy to the vets to help his skin. He’s lovely and other guests will love him without skin conditions. This is a very small price compared to 1 night at the hotel. The sunset view is amazing but couldn’t enjoy from the room due to obnoxious loud music from the vanilla beach gym The door rattled from wind Quite annoying that the restaurant lounge was used as a sales pitch area For the price paid I’d expect starlink to have better wifi

Smell of humidity in the first room in which we stayed. Bathroom was not the cleanest and there is room for improvement on this matter. Besides this, the hotel has a great potential

The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest I’ve seen however it was bareable. When we went to the resorts restaurant they seemed limited on the meals available. They would give us a menu but half of the items we couldn’t buy.

The main pool and swim up bar was a highlight. Our suite also had a private pool which was great.

Our room smelt like sewerage but luckily the hotel changed our room and upgraded without additional cost. The pool could be abit cleaner.

The rooftop infinity pool was divine! We enjoyed cocktails in the pool by sunset. The bar tender Jerry was super lovely. Close walk to Marrimegmeg beach 5-10 mins.

Not many food options at breakfast, many items on menu were not available. The staff was very polite but service was so-so. We asked for motorbike rentals for following day but they never set this up. After returning to hotel one day there were no clean towels. Also the bed was a little small for a couple.

Awesome sunset views from the pool. Close proximity to Vanilla beach and a short ride to El Nido Town. The bedroom was comfortable and hotel did a good job of cleaning each day.

There is no standard cleaning service. You have to personally ask at the reception to clean your room and even then they forget to clean your room. You have to insist that they clean the room otherwise they won’t even change your towels or toilet paper. The shower looked old already even though the building is new.

Cleanliness of the pool - the pool was not perfectly clean, and on the third day of our stay, the cleaning of the pool did not start until around 9:30 in the morning, although in general the pool is open according to the rules from 9:00 - 22:00. Of course, it cannot be used while the pool is being maintained. Unfortunately, the pool was still being cleaned up until 12:20 p.m. In my opinion, this kind of work should be done before the pool opens so that hotel customers can use the facilities they have paid for. Dogs in the hotel area - some of the dogs looked well-groomed and cared for, there were no objections to them, but there were also local stray dogs in the area from time to time, who looked unkempt and unfortunately slept on the human sunbeds. Although the staff tried to chase them away from time to time, but sometimes the dogs moved freely around the hotel grounds. Special offers for the hotel's potential customers - the hotel organizes sales events where guests from other regions can buy, for example, a couple of hours of dinner + a visit to the pool at this hotel (in this way, I assume that the hotel is trying to sell its services to the hotel's potential customers) or, for example, breakfast with access to the pool. That would be understandable, but I think the priority should be the existing guests of the hotel, and when you arrive after a long day at the hotel, there are more than 20 people in the pool who don't live here at all, but have bought the service dinner + pool, then I think it's a bit unfair to me , because I cannot enjoy this pool 100%. Or another example - when you arrive for breakfast at At 9:30 a group of potential customers is already waiting ahead and the breakfast buffet is almost finished, although it is indicated that the breakfast buffet is until 10:00, so I think that no matter what time you arrive, food should be equally available to everyone :)

A beautiful hotel with a large pool and a wonderful view of the sea. Clean and beautiful rooms. The rooms are equipped with everything you need - microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, TV, air conditioner, etc., and all the necessary body and mouth care products are also available in the shower. A very modern entry door locking system with PIN codes, without access cards or keys. The pool is illuminated in the dark with hundreds of small lights, creating a magical effect.The location is very close to the beach and a few minutes drive from many restaurants and bars.

The staff weren't particularly helpful when it came to organising taxis, the hotel is a bit of a distance from any restaurants/ bars etc so taxis are required to get around. We had dinner booked one evening at a restaurant we asked the staff if they'd book a taxi for us we waited in reception for 30mins as a taxi hadn't actually been booked. Same issue occurred with our Airport transfer; we booked a taxi with the front desk, the night before our 4am departure thought we'd double check the taxi had been booked and would be there at 4am for us. Lad on reception then advised there wasn't a taxi booked and spent the next hour ringing round trying to book one for us.

The sunset view from the swimming pool over the bay is absolutely stunning. Pool bar serving cocktails a great addition while watching the sunset. The breakfast buffet was good, nice range of food. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Our shower head stopped working during our stay we reported it and it was fixed same day while we were out.
