best sunset view El Nido can offer, the place is kept clean 24/7 and the service provided by staff exceeded our expectations. loved coming back to the pool with friends to enjoy the views and amazing drinks after a long day of touring.

There was nothing we didn't like. The Bayview was a paradise and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We stayed for three nights and we would love to have stayed longer. It would be nice to see the inclusion of a few dessert options on the menu and some variation in the common area playlist.

We loved the pools, the view, the sunsets, and the meals. Our rooms were very comfortable. The beds and pillows were divine. The bathroom was spacious, and the air conditioning was very effective. We were able to get good wifi, and there were TV and streaming services available. It was beautiful! The Bayview organised a day tour on our behalf which was fabulous and reasonably priced.

The nights are rather expensive and the room was not on point regarding the intereur. Walls could be painted and bathroom renewed.

Great resort to relax and enjoy this view! Very comfortable, good restaurant. Breakfast buffet was good however lots of savory non-veggy food. Nice pool music. Organized my transfer to Port Barton with pick up. Room with terrace and good A/C. Free water dispenser.

Only thing to say negatively is that the tabwater was very dirty but unfortunately I think that is more of an El Nido problem than a hotel specific one - everything else was excellent!

The in house meals were not the best. Ordered a meal was quite disappointing and ended up eating out the whole time. I know this is out of the hotel control but a frog slipped through the toilet into our bathroom.

Helpful staff. Hotel has activities to book. Perfect location.

They have birds in a cage, which is very sad. There are loads of beautiful birds flying around the hotel, to encage them is pointless and cruel.

All the staff were so lovely and friendly! They made our experience even better. The hotel and our room was super clean and comfy. The view from the swimming pool is gorgeous!

Staff (except for the pool bar guy) was very passive. For example did not check in if guest wanted to ordes drinks, empty glasses were left for hours. We wanted to connect our tv to wifi, it did not work out witch is ok but would have appreciated information on process instead of having to ask them 10 times and not get any follow-up

Nothing much. The only thing I can comment on is the shower head was a little wonky, other than that everything was fantastic. We extended two nights.

The spectacular view as you enter the hotel is one of the best views I’ve ever seen travelling. Breakfast was great. Hotel room is clean and Bayview room was AMAZING views.

Not like it affected my stay, but I probably couldn’t bring my mum here because of the stairs. No lift is on the resort as it’s not necessary needed, as staff brought your luggage to your room.

Everything, this property had still on going renovations and I still give it an 11/10. Staff were 100% always help full, next time I come I probably won’t even leave the resort.

The service and tabs could have a better system, particularly for guests paying a la carte in the evenings.

Everything! It was a DREAM. My room, the garden overlooking the forest, the gifts on arrival. The staff were incredibly kind. The views at sunset. The pool music all day! It was honestly the most magical place I’ve ever stayed. Particular mention goes to Nerry on reception and the gentleman who worked in the restaurant during the day. Nerry helped me when I arrived originally a day earlier and got my booking mixed up. She arranged for a tricycle to pick me up and was so kind in recommending a hotel 5 minutes away because they were fully booked. The gentleman from the restaurant recommended a gym I should try out at Vanilla beach and I absolutely loved it! Thank you!

Room is big, is has been cleaned everyday,bed is comfy, air-conditioning and WiFi works well. Rooms offers fresh water every day and coffee/teas. If you choose sea side view is amazing on cabanas beach.

Food menu is good for a snack during the day. We felt meals were a little inconsistent depending on the day.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, with the nicest views in El Nido. All the staff were friendly and helpful and would go above and beyond for their guests. The swimming pool was a highlight especially the brilliant barman Arjill who looked after us all week during our stay. Rooms were beautifully made up daily and very clean. Breakfast was basic but live egg station, toast and cereal was all we needed to start our day so did not matter. I could not recommend this hotel enough. We will be back for sure.

We have booked the bayview room which you can have a view of the sea and a nice balcony/veranda. However, workers during the day were passing by and you wouldn't have privacy when you open the curtains.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Selection of breakfast buffet was also good, they even accommodated my request to put up a simple decoration in our room for our anniversary.

Nothing at all. Just for the price you pay I think breakfast should include pastries or other variations not the same thing daily. Additionally I think a buffet dinner or lunch (one of them) should be included in the price. Wi-Fi is ok

Loved this hotel, great location, amazing staff, great views, lovely room. Nothing bad about this place at all. Walking distance to vanilla beach. The room has everything you need you don’t need to leave if you don’t want. Would come back.
