I found our room a bit dated. The ceiling was low and the toilet bowl seemed like it will clog anytime. It was also unfortunate that there was no iron in our room.

Beds were super comfy. Amazing and courteous staff! They resolved my "issues" in a heart beat :-)

Creepy, looks like an old hotel. Facilities are old, the elevator door looks like it will stuck up while opening and closing and creates a creepy sound. The bathroom looks like there is a funeral because they use a super dim light bulb. The bathtub is small and it can only fit a child. The whole place starting from the lobby, elevator, hallway, bedroom, bathroom are so dim. It’s not really relaxing. I have no plans on booking again with Richmonde Hotel Ortigas. There are a lot of modern and nicer hotel with cheaper rate. The rate of Richmonde is higher for what we have experienced. The breakfast buffet rate per person is 900+, but it’s not worth it. Breakfast at Jinjiang Ortigas Inn and BSA Twin Towers are way better, but it will only cost 400+ per person.

The room has only pinlights, so its quite dim. The bath tub is quite slippery and the cold & hot water is difficult to neutralize.

The hotel staffs were very accomodating. The family really enjoyed the heated pool and the lobby set up is instagrammable. The room is good and cold. And the buffet breakfast is great.

The rooms are quite dim for my liking especially because I like to read books. It would be great if there was an option for white light reading lamps.

The staff are very polite, accommodating and friendly. They would go the extra mile to help their guests. They take really good photos too. ☺️

1) Front desk staff upon check in was not client friendly and was not very accommodating . 2) With only one and a half hours left to check in, I was asked to pay for a half day's price of my hotel room despite the availability of my reserved room. (Room reservation was made more than a week prior via Booking.com, and specified that I will be arriving between 8am-9am). So I just waited in the lobby until the required 10 am allowed check in. The point is, a little consideration should have been made considering that I was so tired for my first early morning trip from Bacolod to Manila, with the room already available, with me as the only checking in guest during that time. Other five star hotels are allowing early check in as long as the room is already available. Richmonde Hotel could have put a smile on the guests' faces with just a little pampering and a tiny consideration. I left the hotel with a question of whether Richmonde Hotel is still the same Richmonde Hotel I know and experienced pre-pandemic. I have my doubts. Checked out of the hotel a bit disappointed and disheartened. 3) the room facilities lack maintenance. A bit outdated and historic.

The toilet flush in our restroom was not working properly which also caused a little bit of flooding in the restroom. We reported it and they immediately sent maintenance to fix the issue and clean the room.

Staffs were accommodating and kind. They offered us crib for my 1yr old son. The restaurant waited for us even though it was a bit late. We also appreciate that they permitted to pre-cooked our orders so it will be ready at the restaurant by the time we went down as I can only go out of the room by 9pm due to work. The internet was fast about 70+ mbps which which was very good for work. Great varieties of food in breakfast buffet.

Poor upkeep and maintenance. Rooms are dilapidated and needs renovation. Amenities are old. Towels are old and worn out. Drains are clogged and the walls are barely sound proof. It's beauty needs to he preserved. It must have been gran back in the day. It not impossible to regain its old glory.
