Great staff which all were very helpful and friendly. They offer free tuk-tuk up and down the hill to the main road, which is not needed (also easily walkable) but helpful if needed. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

The breakfast is alright, not a lot of options but still okay.

The room is what show in the pictures and the bed is comfy. The air conditioning is powerful and there is a fan also on top of the bed. The hotel offers free tuk tuk to take you up and down the hill and the guy that drives the tuk tuk is extremely nice always with a smile. In general all the staff is very nice from the woman in the reception, to the lady doing breakfast or the guys helping with the luggage (sorry I don’t remember the names). They also helped us to book a transport to the airport

Our overall stay was great. There was just a little issue with the scooter rental at the hotel. We want to rent a scooter to drive around the island so I asked to test drive the one from the hotel since it looked bulky and hard to drive. I ended up falling and hurting my finger. Long story short, we rented scooter from a different company. The day after, they charged me for the "scratch" that they claimed (scooter has a guard rail). I was not mad for paying, but it was the fact that they had to ask me the day after and not clarified it right after the incident. NEVER Rent scooter from them!!

You get what you pay for, the room is quite basic but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were amazing!! So friendly, helpful and kind. They would always chat to you when you walk by reception which was really nice. And there was free lifts to and from the town area from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was really good & the restaurant area had great views. Plus the location was very close to the town which was handy and it was very quiet at night.

The staff is incredible and extremely accommodating. The property is on a hill and they even had free shuttle service up/down into town. Very convenient and beautiful property. Free breakfast was also great!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful and they strike up conversations with you 😊 The place was clean. Showers were warm, aircon was cool. Quite accessible, walking distance to town centre. Thank you for having us it's been a pleasure

Rooms are a little small but the AC was great.

Breakfast was simple but good. They will also serve it to you wherever you want. We had it in our room one day, outside another, and even to go on a day we had our tour.

The Ridge was a lovely hotel with the most friendly helpful staff. There was a complimentary taxi service up and down the hill and the rooms were comfortable.

It was a little dated but this also added to its charm.

The staff were great - very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for going into Coron Town (free tuktuk from the hotel) and also to the port for an island hopping tour.

The bathroom was rather small, but thats a minor point.

I've never experienced staff, that was so helpful and lovely, as at the Ridge. A big thanks to Zinnia, who made sure, we felt at home since the very first minute. Also the driver, who picked us up from town every evening after dinner within minutes, was a huge plus!

Very friendly staff, excelent tuck tuck driver that brings you and gets you anywhere in the town for free. The hotel is a bit up hill and away from the main streets so pretty quiet at night

theres not much space for the belongings but we managed and it was fine.

the staff were great and accommodating works hard esp the driver of the trike who sends us down the town and back up tne hotel and the rest of the staff who finds ways to help if you ask them. i loved the coffee❤️ accessible to yown- the hotel is just about 2-3 minute walk to Mt Tapyas starting point and around 5-6minute to town and the restos and gift shops.
