We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe went to the pool one early morning and the female life guard on duty was not in her post, and was just talking to the bar personnel, somewhat 30 meters away from the pool. It didn't bother us that much because there was only us swimming that time. But then boy went in to swim and the female life guard went downstairs. I was concerned because what if something would have happened to that boy and no one was there, she came back 45mins later with some towels. It is very concerning that a kid could just walk to the pool unsupervised and no one was around.
Staffs were really good and very accommodating. The two male life guards were really good and both offered life vest for my 6 year old daughter, which we declined because she knows how to swim. It just goes to show that they are concerned with their customers safety. Hallway was well maintained and kept dry.

The staffs of The Tides are the best. They are friendly & helpful. The hotel's location is also the best, right in the middle of d'mall. Lots of souvenier stores & restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Saudi Arabiai was expecting more from a 5-star as advertised. Premier room doesn't have a microwave oven, 306 room door lock needs more tightening of screws to smoothly open/close. I need to request for dental kit, shaving kit, additional room slippers, additional towels, additional pillows (only a pillow for each guest was ready :) - considering that it's premier room). Top of closets needs to be dusted - i put my hat on top of the closet and it collected dusts (agiw). At a 5-star hotel i was expecting a buffet breakfast and not ala carte - add to that very minimal choices of food. Rooftop pool doesn't have a kiddie space. (I wasn't able to visit the gym). Need to install a lift
hotel is in a great location - surrounded by everything you need in just a couple steps; just a minute to the wonderful pristine beach; room sizes are fair considering that it's in a small island; my family stayed in 1 standard and 1 premier rooms. ACs working well, water heater in the premier room was excellent - separate shower room from toilet in premier room. unli drinking water from refilling stations. Reception & staff super excellent. Rooftop pool is great. No hassles during check-in and check-out. *great - they use e-trikes in the island

PhilippinesIf you're travelling with family especially with kids. It's noisy due to the bar is open as early in the afternoon until midnight. We stayed at 2nd level of the building but still you can hear the loud noise.
The location is in the center of Boracay. Inside of Dmall area. Accessible in everything. The room is clean and complete. There is a bar at the roof top and also spa.
