Meron ding free beach towel na pwede hiramin para dalhin sa beach. We also tried the bar at the rooftop and their cocktail drinks are super sulit especially pag happy hour. Will definitely book our stay here again pag bumalik na kami ng boracay

Aside from having timing from 9am to 5pm only, the gym was not properly maintained. Some machines are not working and I am not sure if the place is being cleaned. The pool had no umbrellas and it is too hot considering the timing that you are allowed to use it is when the sun is high.
I liked the customer service and how they tried to accommodate our requests.

The room is a bit dusty and the refrigerator is dirty. The bathroom drain near the toilet area smelled like roaches (we just covered it with floor towel). We requested to change all the linens and pillow covers as it smelled like a stored and old stock blankets. Maybe because the room hasn't been used because of the lockdown.
The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach. As it is located in Station 2's D'Mall, everything we need is accessible. From restos, stores and mart. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We also enjoyed the bar at the deck. They have unlimited mongolian food and great performers.

Baby friendly! Great stay. Amazing location, in the middle of everything. Breathtaking rooftop pool & bar. The artificial grass was clean enough for me to let my baby crawl on it. Alcoholic beverages were a good price and they also offered mocktails which was a bonus. The mango shake was my absolute favourite 🥰

Australia2 reviews“The Tides, too expensive for a budget hotel”The worst issue was the live music on the roof deck 5.00pm to midnight, very noisy and not disclosed in the advertisement. Shower not well cleaned with a lot of mould. Only one bedside table for 2 beds, without drawers. The hotel is full of humidity, and smells to sewage. Entrance was always wet, and staff did not wipe it off. Price expensive for what I received.
