The on site restaurant was good. The private beach with well marked swimming area was very nice. The stay was good but we did experience a blackout that was beyond the owner’s control. (It’s the Philippines after all) Room was clean and well kept, aircon kept room nice and cool as long as we had power. Definitely worth the price we paid. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming and quick to respond when we had a slight problem with the cable tv not working right after we checked in.

My room has 1 extra room which can not enter got sticker mention do not open by management which a bit strange. No shampoo & toiletries.

Staff very nice. Private beach and so peaceful And the resort have tricycle to bring to bancal port for island hoping gigantes island. The staff also offered to have private tour to waterfalls, i feel so local here. They are very welcome and nice people. Can't wait to visit again. Btw they have breakfast & dinner. Foods are exceptional.

Why the toilet seat was missing? Also, there is no window in the room. You only have an open opening, which you can close by a wooden shutter and then its dark inside. The mattresses are worn you can feel the wood.

We had the budget family hut in front of the beach, so we didn´t expect much comfort. For this reason we give 8 points. My special compliments to June, he really takes care a lot and was very helpful. The facility was nicely arranged and the view to the beach and the sea was great.

Shower didn't work properly. Very noisy with loud music playing at night. Having to ask for drinking hot water for tea and coffee. And when it rained hard the roof leaks on the bed below.

The location was very good near the coast. Travelling around was a little difficult at times. A very friendly staff.

Washroom without hot water amd the covering of the floor is as partly damage and it come bugging when you walk and portion of covering was not stick

Breakfast was good but not much choice and the portion was little. Location close to the beach was perfect. You feel safe in the facilities. You have to pay for ice and warm water 10 and 50 pesos, they could provide without a fee

Right on the beach. Staff (Kim) was absolutely fantastic and made sure we had all we needed, and more. Organized an Island Hopping trip which was the highlight of our trip. Those islands are as good as any in the Philippines Will 100% be back

The lock in our bathroom is just a nail. Need to install a new lock (family room with side sea view). In the bathroom ammenities, it says hairdryer, but there's no hairdryer.

Booked 3 rooms. Good location and good value for money. Staff are friendly and accommodating and helped us with booking our island tour. We have 3 senior citizens in our group, and they escorted us to the port until my mum is safely inside the boat. Can you please extend our heartfelt thanks to the boatmen who helped my mum in getting in and out of the boat. It is very much appreciated. Breakfast is ok, on the small side, but it is cheap. You can always ask to double it.

Treasure Cove Resort was wonderful for which I enjoyed the peacefulness of the resort very much. Great location with a panoramic view of the beach and local fishing boats. Close to a couple seafood restaurants and the small town of Carles and the fish port of Bancal. The room was comfortable and clean. The resort grounds were well kept with dining tables and relaxing sitting under the shaded trees while gazing at the sea. Walking the long beach is a must. But the best asset of the resort is the staff. Mrs. Annie, the owner, was so cheerful and pleasant. Also, honorable mention to the other staff members who were very welcoming, Lindy, Roxanne & Roxannedrea, Melrose, Argie the Cook, Antonio the breakfast waiter. Highly recommend staying here and I will come back again.
