Staff were very helpful. There was an issue with a double payment and I really appreciate that the manager sorted this out. As usual Filipino hospitality is fabulous!

The breakfast … very limited selection for Western tastes. The restaurant… was in a room with no view and no aircon. The food was excellent. Great central location … can easily walk to restaurants including McDonald’s and convenience stores.

Water park is good highly recommend this place. But over all the pool area was great there was an upper pool area also small kiddie pool and a 3rd area for where slide enters into it plus a hidden underground with water spouts makes this fun Would stay there again.

Many issues. Daily the key doesn’t work. The room featured a dead cockroach on arrival and was equipped with noisy air con and electrics. Breakfast is only local food and menu doesn’t change. Value for money poor

That's by far the worst place anyone could think of staying in, the staff are immature and have no sympathy for the customer and no proper customer service at all, everything literally everything you need to ask for you have to pay in advance even an extra empty cup, and the worst of all I was having a guest and they was trying to force me to kick the customer before 10pm as their policy which is not showing anywhere on booking app, I argued with them in order to avoid paying extra specially I am already paying way more than the price as they claim this includes commission and other fees since I used booking and the only way I was allowed to keep my guest after 10pm is to pay for an upgrade room or I pay for additional person which never seen anywhere as if we are in camp or some military place, lastly the funny part the restaurant guy who have no respect he came started recording me and accusing me that I am rude, making a scandal and he asked the security not to go up and eventually they called the police and I had to pay one more person to stay till the morning, I left one night early which is fully paid cause I felt not safe and not secure in this place,

I think this hotel is overrated- shouldn’t be 4 stars because facilities are not good. Bathroom door jams, shower is difficult to adjust, furniture inside the room are cheap & crude, size of room too small for double occupancy, when you’re in the dresser area you would be blocking the TV, no table & chair for dining. More to be done about cleanliness-I requested for toilet bowl to be cleaned because it was yellowing, rug & carpet in room not clean.

Hospitality of staff, lobby looks good but the stairs to get to lobby is a trip hazard especially when it gets wet when raining.

This hotel never failed to surprise me every time I stay here. I was here also months ago and back then, the pool is not yet open. But I still returned since they provide the best services. Then I came back, it was just WOW! Their infinity pool is amazing!, we can see the beautiful ocean view beside the city and the water spa massage experience was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep just laying on the water. This hotel has captured my heart from the very beginning. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all

I arrived at Masbate very early in the morning, irritable and tired from a whole day of travelling. My flight from LAX to manila got delayed so I wasn’t able to catch my flight to the city. I had to fly from manila to Legazpi and take the ferry to Masbate. I was prepared to be disappointed since that’s what I’ve been experiencing the whole day but alas! The staff were amazing. Very observant and genuine. They must have sense that I was not in the mood so my check in was very fast and I was assisted to the room immediately. They serve breakfast as early as 5AM so it was nice. I also had a nice and long hot shower which definitely help improve my mood. Their internet connection was stable so I was also able to update my family back in the US. Thank you so much Treasure Island. You just got a customer for life.

This however isn't a high bar to reach. Although the hotel room is nice, its missing the normal extras that make a hotel a home like breakfast, and the shower only seemed to have two settings - burning or cold The Mini Water Adventure that has been advertised all through 2022 didn't actually exist and doesn't look like it will be ready at least for a few months into 2023. In Australia, this would be considered misleading advertising.

For Masbate, this is probably the best hotel there.
