Unfortunately, the beds were very hard and the room a bit small. Our bathroom wasnt the greatest with no water pressure for the shower and the toilet not flushing correctly.

The water from the faucet is yellowish. The smell of the water from the toilet bowl is bad, too smelly even if you flush the toilet many times. The swimming pool is just for show. It's dirty! You can't swim on it.The water is yellowish and it seems that it hasn't been clean for ages.

Good location. Busy area. There are a lot of food establishments around the hotel.

We suspect my daughter had food poisoning in the fried rice for breakfast. Check the oil used. Pretty hassle sometimes to have to go to the other hotels reception for some service.

Beds were comfortable and area looks safe as there are a lot of shops and restaurants outside and does not look isolated. It was value for money especially with the breakfast.

I only don't like the breakfast is too small and the pool was never cleaned. The Toilet smells bad.

I like that it is close to the shops. Many tricycyle and many options where to dine and the laundry shop is also nearby.

Poor tap water quality. Tap water was sometimes brownish in color. This might be a Coron municipal water supply issue, but hotel could benefit from additional water purification system.

They make money from rooms, breakfast only very basic, good for filipino's, not western orientated. but not a reason not to take the hotel There are plenty restaurants within 100 meters.. rooms need to be cleaned a bit more, lots of dusk on cupboards, edges etc. but also no reason not to go and stay here. decent wifi, (for Coron) proper working aircon, accommodating staff.

The pool has dried leaves dropped from the trees. I would expect that this should have been collected/picked up before tidying up the room so others who like to go swimming before check out can enjoy the facilities in full.

Very central. Close to many resto of different cuisine. Caters all tourist and locals alike. Staff are nice and accommodating especially Ms. Cez.

Linens set wasn’t enough clean. No hair dryer. AC is working a little bit loudly. It’s filter must be cleaned. Not enough electric plug Shower water pressure was a little bit weak.

Location is good. You may find many restaurants around. Free coffee, hot and cold water from dispenser for 24 hours.

we had to check in at the hotel across the road. this was not made clear during the booking process. the breakfast area is very depressing. the wifi internet was non existent, despite saying it was connected.

Their way of serving the breakfast - though food is reasonable, you have to wait for a long time since food is coming from another level. Also, the set-up was a bit off. But only a minor complaint during the stay. :)

Allowed me to check-in @7am since the room was already available and my island hopping tour starts at 8:00am. Informed them ahead that I will leave the luggage to join the tour, when I approached the front desk, she informed me that the room was already ready - AC was on, room was very cold and comfortable.

On arrival the water did not work, which took a couple of hours to get resolved. The suites were very modern, which isn’t to our taste.
