The room was run down. The bathroom smelt very bad during the night and not being able to sleep due to the smell. There were gaps through the back door so we filled the door with plastic bags so no bugs could get in. The pool looks nothing like the images online, had to be told to be cleaned. Breakfast took so long to be made, some days we didn’t have as we had tours booked and breakfast wasn’t made in time (had to wait 40mins & still didn’t have it in time) we had to buy breakfast on our way to the tour! I also told the hotel about the delay with breakfast and nothing was done, not even a discount as we had to pay for breakfast outside. The coffee and water station was poor. The beds were uncomfortable.

It was easy to get to places and they arranged our tours which was amazing!

Very poor accommodation, toilet seat found broken upon arrival and did not get fixed during my entire stay, there was mould on the ceiling furniture had obvious chips and cracks

The sink faucet kept falling off. The bathroom drain stinks like pee. The shower has very very very low pressure and almost no water. The toilet tank had the same issue, slowly filled with brown water and took over 10 minutes to fill again for a proper flush, we opted to use the restroom in the breakfast area that was not stocked with toilet paper. We asked the front desk to check it out, they asked for our key but since we were heading up to our room, told them we will go up too. They never showed up. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice. The AC in the room was not very cold for the space of the room and the profile picture of the hotel in Booking is NOT how it looked like in real life.

The location was great and the staff provided good information upon check in.

Pillows smell. Asked for replacement and gave us the same. Asked for extra blankets and there were no extras. We were told that laundry staff took a day off?! There’s no wifi at the 3rd floor. They do pre-ordered breakfast but we had to wait the next day because someone else claimed our food?! Everything is so messed up. I had low expectations but not to this level.

With a little tlc the hotel could be brought into the 21st century. It was dirty in all the common parts. The breakfast offered was grim, you picked the night before then it was delivered to you in by unenthusiastic staff.The room/ restaurant was nice but unkept. The coffee was help yourself, not individually but out of communal pots. Cups no saucers. The rooms were dirty. My daughter had one with her partner and a 10 month old baby, the bins weren't emptied daily. No tea/ coffee in the rooms just a thermal jug of which I was uncertain of the use. No cups/ glasses. Nothing really. The hotel was tired and unloved. The staff although helpful tried to make the best from a bad job. You could have a hot shower in a rather unsavoury bathroom. Soap and shampoo provided

It was loud until after midnight, and the. loud early morning. Our shower didn’t drain. and we only had a sheet in our bed with a small blanket.
