The resort hotel is a bit far from the main town, access to the hotel is very challenging.

Aircon unit was not powerful enough for the 32 degrees plus conditions making sleeping slightly uncomfortable.

We’d like to see more information of what is available around outside of the resort, trips to town and other tourist activities.

The location of this resort is perfect! Wish we’d stayed longer. The boating (snorkelling and diving) activities organised with the onsite dive shop were amazing and set up for the resort guests only so not overcrowded.

Beautiful resort with amazing ocean access. My son & I swam with 3 huge sea turtles right off the dock of the resort. The staff was also excellent!

Location is about 15 min ride from Pangsama beach, where all the restaurants and shops are. If you prefer quiet this is a good place but if you like to go where it is more lively you’ll have to get a taxi every time. Hotel feels outdated. Prices for services offered within the hotel are a lot higher than outside.

The hotel has a very peaceful and relaxing vibe. It has access to the sea, for snorkeling and great views. Very calm. Comfortable rooms. Good AC. All services are offered in the hotel for additional price (restaurants, tours, massage, transportation)

-Terrible wifi. Next to nothing. Wifi should get improved. -I had a massage in the spa which was ok but not very relaxing. I was with my husband and the two staff doing our massage was whispering and having a conversation which was not relaxing at all. Also, the lady who did my massage was texting at the same time (not al throughout) but on and off whilst she was doing my treatment.

We stayed in Turtle Bay with family (8 of us in 3 separate rooms) when we visited South of Cebu for 3 nights. The location is absolutely fantastic for snorkelling with the sea just further down the hotel. We really enjoyed seeing plenty of fishes and corals and if you go further you’ll be able to see sea turtles. Pool was lovely as well, not massive but decent size with plenty of sun loungers. Drinks in the bar was great and we enjoyed the cocktails and most especially the mango shakes which we ordered daily. There were plenty of food options in the menu but only one restaurant. Food was okay and you will need a car/ transport to go to outside restaurants. Rooms were nice and clean. The staff were lovely too. Overall, it was a great place to stay but could have been better if the wifi is available.

Be careful with the pool, the chlorine changes the colour of your bathing suit due to the chlorine.

The hotel is out of the town, but the hotel can call you a tuktuk anytime you like. Don’t let this stop you, as the hotel and the rooms are lovely. Spacious, a gorgeous pool and a bar with lovely staff. Breakfast was good and they offer dinner as well. The hotel has its own bay where you can dive and snorkel.

The hotel organised transport which was quite a bit more expensive than another company we used, but overall the driver was there on time and we got there safely.

This was a lovely resort! The rooms were adequate. The pool was very nice, the included breakfast was very tasty. The hotel offered a shuttle service down to the town as it’s too far of a walk- 100 pesos pp. we organised independent tours but they hotel offered their assistance. We also were able to do laundry which was convenient.

The beds are quite hard.

The quiet and scenic location. Fantastic to be able to just step into the water from the hotel's pier and swim out to the reef and snorkel with turtles. Pleasant and helpful staff overall. CG and the team at the dive centre is very supportive and made sure we had a good experience.

Spotless room, clean and comfortable. Quiet location, perfect air con, lovely staff. My only mild criticism would be that the food was a bit samey and there were not enough fresh vegetables on offer.

Only downside is location.its only 5 minutes to all the restaurants but you get charged a lot money compared to other places in Cebu. For 4 people we were charged 400 piso each way to go out to dinner.

The place is picturesque we went for an introductory to dive right outside our hotel and found turtles. You can snorkel anytime from the hotel and find loads of fish. The staff are some of the friendliest I have ever met.

Really far from town so if you wanted to go in to the sardine run or restaurant you needed to rent a tricycle, which sometimes felt very unsafe on the bumpy road and cost 100 pesos a person each way so did add up over a week as we went into town almost every day.

Staff were amazing and pool was nice and deep. The view was lovely from our room and great supply of books to read and relax.

Bad soundproofing (could hear people from the outside, other rooms, noisy roosters during the whole night). Lack of vibe. They offered us a pick-up from Cebu airport for 5k PHP, while we arranged a taxi for 2.8 k PHP. Expensive scooter rental compared to others in the area.

Very large and comfortable room, big bed. Loved the breakfast. Nice seafront location good for diving and snorkeling.

The hotel is shown as 4 stars but it is outdated ; could use some coat of paint and some small fixes here and there to live up to the 4 stars

Breakfast was made to order with Filipino and American options! The resort had its own pier so you could leave for tours right from the pier which was super convenient. Staff was super attentive, polite, and knowledgeable.

The food at the restaurant was rather bad. Breakfasts are fine, but dinners really taste badly.

Nice resort, with great place to dive. There is a reef, turtles in the water nearby. Nice pool by the reception, with drinks and very friendly staff. Room service every day, also very kind. Place is rather far from any other resorts and center, what was an advantage for us actually.
