I did not like in general the fact that it is overcrowded during the weekend, but it is like it is, and everything in Tagaytay during the weekend is overcrowded - but this is affecting the quality of your stay. The water in the shower was not that warm

I have a mixed feeling about the hotel: we stayed a long weekend (Sat to Mon), and during the weekend it is overcrowded, with a lot happening. Of course this is due to the fact that a lot of people are going to Tagaytay during the weekend, but it is affecting of course your stay as well. On Sunday the breakfast was in a big room and nothing special, while on Monday it was in the dining room, with an amazing view and a really good service. The room was big with a nice view, beds and pillows really comfy. The view from the room was amazing. The pool is warm and nice, had a lot of fun, and of course we enjoyed the nice view of the volcano. The hotel is located quite a lot out of the town, so keep that in mind when booking.

bath towels looks dirty the room is not well maintained, their mirror has markings. Hair Dryer is not working.

We had lunch on 12-29-23 at the hotel restaurant and service was very slow. We asked several times for our food, after other guests that were seated after us, received their food. We had breakfast the next day and the selection was mostly Filipino food. Almost no Western-style breakfast items, and just two kinds of fresh fruit. More Western and healthier breakfast items could be added (wheat toast, croissants, muffins, Greek yogurt, cereal, orange juice, more fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs). There were several fried breakfast items.

Views from the rooms with a volcano view were amazing. Large, very clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff at front-desk, helpful and friendly porters helped with our baggage during check-in and check-out.

There's a certain kind of "musty"smell at the room corridor area.

The view of Taal Volcano from our room and the breakfast/restaurant area is breathtaking which were complemented with the cool weather of the surroundings.

the shower is broken, they said we had an upgrade but the room we got did not have a view of Taal. the had high expectations for the buffet but it was just average.

I requested for an extended stay up to 7pm (similar request before). But front desk said they are fully booked. Which is a little bit surprising since I didnt think there were a lot of people. (there were more people in my previous booking). So I was able to compare.

As always the amenities are good. Food in resto is great as well. I like the small cakes waiting in our room when we got there.

The shower door can’t be closed properly so the water came out and the bathroom floor is full of water. There was no shampoo, they filled it with water instead.

The room is good but it was not totally clean like sa ilalim ng bed madumi ilalim ng chair. yung singit singit sa sliding door papunta sa balcony sobrang dume.
