Our toilet didn't flush but this was fixed almost immediately. The shower was either too hot or too cold (temperamental) and the shower head was a bit too powerful. The TV remote didn't seem to control the TV properly but it didn't matter, we didn't really need to use it.

The Ultra Mint aesthetic was sublime - the decor is very clean and modern, boho and scandi vibes. The room was spacious with great air conditioning and clean, modern interior. The bed was very, very comfortable, so much so, that we overslept twice and I missed the football. The iced coffee was amazing and the breakfast was very tasty. The staff were very helpful and let us leave our bags after we checked out. The location is quiet at night but a short walk from busy Alona.

Bathroom needed updating a little bit

The room was very spacious and clean, the resort is very relaxed and our little boy loved the swimming pool.

Staff interactions were very basic and seemed a bit robotic (especially messaging), probably the “coldest” treatment we have received anywhere in the Philippines.

We really liked our stay here - comfortable rooms and everything is very modern. Bathroom and especially water pressure were amazing and beds comfortable. We pushed the two single beds together and slept well. Location is okay, we had our own scooter so didn’t have any problem. Staff were also able to book tricycles for us at any time. We didn’t book any diving through the resort and also didn’t make use of the pool and breakfast, so cannot comment on that.

It’s located a bit away from the main road and Alona beach. Don’t have breakfast at the hotel. It was not good, over priced.

It was quite a walk and mostly in the dark to get to the main road. It rained occasionally when I was there and making that trek extra muddy with a few large pools that you have to jump over. Not a lot of places to eat in the area so you are really walking to the main road daily. 15 mins walk. But it seems longer because of the conditions. But the main area had all the food, restaurants, shopping, massage, tour agencies.

Very nice, modern and super clean hotel. I liked it a lot. Reception had a lot of info. Gorgeous pool and an occasional security guard that actually did his job to ask if I was a guest or not. They had a nice list of transfer services that was really helpful.

it was 5 minutes from the main road on foot, but after rain there were a few pools of mud water that you had to go through, ordering tuktuk from the hostel is 5-10x the street price. there was a one cockroach in my room

The pool already has a plateau, so you can stand on the side in the pool. Because we were with a child, we would have preferred to have a more descending pool depth or longer plateau.

The location is definitely not the best. It’s a walking distance from many restaurants and bars but requires walking through some very dark alleys. Also, our room was in front of their dive center and some staff were hanging out there at 6:00 speaking very loudly and waking us up and we had to ask them to please be more quiet. In addition, the standard room does not have a double bed (meant for a couple) but two single beds (which are quite wide and could fit a couple that likes sleeping very close to each other).

It is nicely designed, the pool looks beautiful (we didn’t use it) and the staff tried to be as helpful as they could. The room and shower were big and comfortable, and had a strong AC.

overall are ok there are just some exceptions like no bidet in the toilet, the hot and cold water shower is very hard to manipulate, the swimming pool is not kid and family friendly since it is so deep.

Overall we liked it but the services can be improved. No restaurant or drinks, except for breakfast and some water or coke. We used the luandry service and you pay per piece, not super convenient and when got our clothes back it was in a back just washed and dried. It was not ironed, which is fine, but since it was put in the bad it was all crumped.

The place is nice and new, the rooms are big enough and we loved the bathroom. Bed is comfy

Very thin walls. You can hear if someone has woken up. You can hear dogs for example. Refrigerator in the room kept quite a noise as well. To my understanding this is quite new hotel but still quite worn up at this point. Shower area was a bit moldy. It was clean in Philippines’ standards but the especially the shower needs a good cleaning day either way to get that mold out and fresh look back. It was really hard to find a decent place to stay in Panglao for this price. If you really want a resort - go to Henann, but this was ok hotel to stay in. We stayed 3 nights.

The service was good. Hotel is looking nice from the outside. Location was ok, but don’t think that this is close to the beach. It is close but there is no road (another hotel is blocking that way). Distance to the beach is still walkable (15 mins). Netflix is a plus. Good Wi-Fi as well. Comfy beds. No deposit was required.

The place was overally clean expect for bathroom sinks and shower from the dorm which were not cleaned everyday and shower drain was blocked.

Great resort with beautiful pool area and common space. I stayed in the 4-beds dorm, which was spacious and confortable. Wifi was working well. Staff was very nice and helpful on arranging transport from the seaport & scooter location. Location is 5-min walking distance from restaurants and 15-min from the beach. Safe place for solo women travellers.
