We loved this place. Super friendly and helpful owners and staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room, and the location is great: you're walking distance from Alona beach and in the middle of the village, but it's away from the noisy street. Fantastic little oasis on its own.

I hope the drainage of the toilet will be improved. The wifi connection is weak inside the rooms.

We slept well because the vibe gives off a very homely ambiance! The breakfast is great, very accommodating staff, friendly pet dogs. Complete amenities, near the beach and restaurants. Wish we could stay longer.

Stayed here in February 2024 and loved it. James & Emma were such lovely hosts and also had the cutest dogs which was a plus. We ate most of our food here and it was all delicious. Would definitely stay again!

Nothing much - no wardrobe for hanging but staff solved problem installing a perfect sized clothes rail and six hangers.

Home from home w great owners and team in a real characterful building where you can relax immediately. Room very comfortable and large enough w en suite shower that does what it should. A/C very effective and at night can be switched to fan (not chill) which reduces noise. Great kitchen produces tasty fresh dishes at modest prices, including decent free breakfast, About ten minute walk to Alona Beach and opposite ATM w great Korean food and karaoke plus next to loads of eating, local and tourist, at down to earth prices.

- Aircon was loud - Shower pressure could be stronger but it was acceptable

The WiFi in the rooms was pretty weak.

The owners were absolutely lovely people and the dogs were adorable. We had a trip planned at 5:30 am and the staff were kind enough to wake up and prepare a packed breakfast for us. The location was great, not too busy but easy to get to alona beach.

Be aware for those that have heavy bags or prams, there is a small walk with a bumpy unsealed entrance.

Nice comfy feel, everything was hassle free and very easy. They can help with tours and motorcycle rentals also.

Would have been great to have a free communal water dispenser but they had water available to buy so no problem.

Staff were friendly, really well priced. Decent sized bedroom also love that there was a quilt - we have missed that. It’s not far from the Main Street and the beach. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.

WiFi a little weak in our room, but the owner gave their other personal wifi which was strong. A leaking shower that was fixed quickly and professionally once alerted to the staff.

The owners of this property really cared about you having a great stay and wanted to always find ways to make your experience better and as cheap as possible. The breakfast was lovely, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location great for Alona Beach area. Laundry service cheap and great quality!

Great location, only a 3-5 minute walk from all the main shops but as it’s set back from the road it’s lovely and quiet. The owner was lovely. He gave us great suggestions and always had a lovely chat whatever time of day.

Bathroom should need to be renovated. The way to go through to home stay is pretty muddy and mess.

Hosts are so friendly and helpful! I like location. It's almost just take 20mins to everywhere. Love that neat food, lovely plants and Loui and Max. I already miss you guys.

Wonderful stay with James and Emma. The place was beautiful and the room a lot bigger than I expected. Short walk from the main Alona beach which also meant it was quiet. Great breakfast included, and you can also eat there later in the day - the vegetarian noodles were delicious!

Wonderful stay, the hosts are such beautiful people ~ when our ferry tickets were cancelled they were really accomodating to help us get it sorted. Really clean and comfortable place and centrally located as well, highly recommend!
