Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

TV signal was bad. Would have benefited from having some chairs in the room and bedside lights. A lot of steps to climb!
Great staff, very helpful, arranged tours and taxis. Good location, great breakfasts and good value great choice restaurant menu. Comfy bed, good air conditioning, lovely shower. WiFi was fine.

All the stairs. Try to book a room on the lower levels. I'm fit and regularly exercise and still struggled. On the bright side.. you'll lose weight. Pool was dirty and uninviting. No kettle in room or bedside lamps.
Bed was comfortable and aircon worked fine. Food was nice in restaurant.

The flight of stairs you have to climb every time to reach your room

No day curtains and room windows facing stairs/paths so during day time you cannot open them and enjoy day light. Also, the AC is quite weak.
Super friendly staff, good location, you can reach restaurants and bar within 5min drive or 15min walk.

Lovely, comfortable stay for two nights after our 3 day island hopping trip from El Nido. Easy walk into town. We didn't get round to using the pool but it looked lovely. Hotel staff were very helpful organising laundry and booking an airport transfer.

The lock on the outer door to the terrace for our apartment was broken, still felt safe as there are cameras everywhere but could be improved on this small detail

The hotel could have had a better area surounding the pool.
The staff was really helpfull with all recuests. For rental cars, pickup for guided tours and airport transport service.

The kitchen’s water pump was so loud in our room. Stayed on all night we had to ask to make rooms. The air con machines are ALL very loud, unless you’re a great / deep sleeper you can’t sleep with them on (sounds like airplanes taking off). Then it gets too hot to sleep. Frustrating and left feeling very tired.
Staff were fantastic. Super helpful.sp friendly, especially the guys who helped move our bags (twice) and Jamie and (I forgot the name I’m so sorry!) Restaurant staff are great too- food is quite expensive but relaxing atmosphere. Great location walkable to town and good views

There are really steep steps to the rooms. The staff helped with the bags of much is really appreciated. I booked a double room but got a twin one, when I asked reception they weren’t able to change. It wasn’t a big deal for us but be sure to check that before if it is important to you.
Nice property, easy tricycle trip into Coron town. Nice small restaurant. Staff are fantastic. Rooms are basic but nice. We had to go to a balcony room for a night when we waited for our actual room and it was really nice.

We stayed on the fifth floor so many many stairs. In combination with the hot and humid weather, we were sweaty by the time we left or returned to our accommodation. Lots of ants everywhere in common areas.
Staff are lovely and helpful Property is reasonable and clean. Location is about 15min walk from the main city centre. Breakfast is great, 4 different options ranging from western breakfast to local. The restaurant at the accommodation is very highly rated though we didn't try it. Pool is nice to cool down after a long day. Size is about 10m by 3m.

Many things could be improved. The furniture is rather old and for the price we pay, it feels it could be way better. They do not change towels, even upon request, they forgot. They do not clean trash bins either. You have to ask for everything. I understand environmentally, we do not change towels every day, but trash bin could be emptied regularly.
Nice view from the balcony, but stairs can be a problem, depending where your room is. You might need to climb quite some of them.

the hotel is little bit isolated so you need to grab a tuktuk to go to the town. and its on hilly area so no lift and you will get a free cardio.
the room was very spacious. the bathroom was clean and big, i like it. we stayed in the top floor so i like the balcony and the view is not bad either. staffs were nice and helpful. the food is nice too.
