Taxi driver ordered by the hotel came to the airport and asked money for the drive even if in the airport the staff told it was included in the price. We could have joined other tourists in their vans and shared the expensed, instead had to pay a full price having no other option as the airports is far from the town abd other driver options were not there.

Breakfast was nice. The choice was not big, but enough options and all of them at a decent quality. Specially loved the setting of the rooms being located in different levels, built in a hill.

There were constantly ants in the room and also the room would only be cleaned if i specifically asked the reception. The hotel has too many stairs which was quite tiring

The staff was the nicest! Always ready to help us. We had to extend our stay last minute for 2 times and the staff always did their best to accommodate us. Breakfast was also good!

Very friendly and helpfull staff. We booked a family room, very spacious and bright, near the reception and the restaurant. The second room was a standard room, smaller and a little bit dark. There are many stairs, you have to be in a good condition but for us, it wasn't a problem. The stuff also carried our luggage in our room. Near the city center, easy access by tricycle, 25 php per person.

If you stay “poolside” you need to climb a lot of stairs. The pool has no sun nor space to lay down just for a dip and go.

Clean and modern. The staff was helpful and the room had everything you expect, including AC that does not point toward the bed.

The restroom was okay, but the shower wasn't spraying hard enough to get a good clean. It was a little inconvenient climbing so many stairs to get to our room. Internet connection was poor

The staff were sooo kind and helpful, easily the best characters I've met in the Philippines. Location was 10 minutes walk to the island hub area. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The area looks very nice. TV had so many channels. AC was powerful.

there’s quite a bit of stairs to climb, however the staff are happy to help you with your bags. WiFi was hit and miss at times. laundry service we feel wasn’t amazing, the clothes didn’t seem to be cleaned very well. shower didn’t work very well too, a bit temperamental

staff were so amazing and accommodating start to finish. we were let down on one occasion for a tour we booked elsewhere so we used the hotel’s tour at short notice, it was amazing and very well organised! also we booked a scooter through the hotel which was also just as organised with a nice clean scooter which worked very well. egg lady at breakfast was so nice, polite & cooked well too!

Family room was really spacious and clean. Breakfast included is very rich even not very various. Wifi network very efficient. The staff was very reactive compare to a lot of others in the country. Always finding solutions.

The only thing I would note, which is obviously out of their control, was in the mornings the roosters are pretty loud and rowdy for a while. I think that is pretty common here though!

The staff here was so helpful and kind! Anything we asked or had questions about, they made sure to get them answered quickly. It was a short walk into town, or a quick tricycle ride. The food was simple, yet very delicious. Overall a chill vibe.

We really liked the location of the Hotel, which a bit outside the city center but also not too far (10mins walk or 5mins trycycle). It's a calm area. The staff is super friendly and super helpful. Hôtel proposes organized tour either private ones or group ones. Activities are diverse. The hotel restaurant serves also good dishes and fruit shakes. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend!

No fridge in room, no tea/coffee making (we asked for a jug and they quickly supplied it), no actual tea/coffee provided (we had our own, but they probably would have given us some). Not really a big deal, but have to mark you down a tiny bit on this as booking sheet said these things were standard.

Wonderful staff, good location and nice hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, perfect start to the day. Staff are so pleasant and helpful, always with a quick smile. Nice hot shower.

The stairs are definitely a bit killer, especially with bags upon checkout and it's a little further out from town without free shuttles. Depending on the tricycle you would get asked to pay 25 up to 100 for a ride

For some of the rooms there are a lot of steps to climb so accessibility is difficult for those with limited mobility but the attendant or security are quick to carry your bags to your room :)

A refreshingly Western standard quality of hotel facilities for Coron. All staff were polite, presented well and helpful. Welcome drink and cold towel offered upon arrival. The on-site restaurant had some tasty dishes, a good in-house menu and WiFi was strong enough to take video calls/meetings in the room and in the public areas. We had an early Ferry to El Nido so they kindly provided a packed breakfast sandwich to take with us as an alternative to breakfast on the premises which was surprisingly very good. Shower was also great and hot. There was a small clothing rack outside the room to dry clothes. We have inspected the room and mattress for bugs and there wasn't anything found. Everything in the room was very clean. The sunset view from the hotel was very nice.

The stairs, the name give it up, but one should keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs to climb especially if you are on Flores 3, 4, or 5. No elevator and the stairs are Philippines stairs, i.e more than 20 cm rise.

The staff is amazing, doing their best to assist in any way. The restaurant is good and again the waiter is great.
