I don't like the breakfast buffet. Food are not that many and are not tasteful. Fruits are not replenished, longganisa taste bad, juices and breakfast for kids are very limited.

I think there was a staff quarter near in my room and staffs are noisy.

the receptionist are accommodating. they recommended to book directly with them instead of the app since the price is too high with the app.

ROOM AC is not great, not that cold. The water is not so strong. BUFFET/FOOD May be improved with more delicious "ulams".

We stayed here for 3 DAYS & 2 NIGHTS... LOCATION HANDS DOWN TO THE LOCATION!!! MORE THAN 5 STARS!!! If you're looking for a great location within the city that is very close to everything, this is the perfect location! I was so amazed how great is the location which is just walking distance to every tourist spots. ROOM The room is SO NICE, looks like the picture but really look great in person. It is great for 2 people. The beds and sheets are nice also and comfy. BATHROOM Also nice, with heater, with towels, with soap & shampoo freebies. STAFF Their staff is great!!! I highly commend them from the guards to the hotel staff. Nice Customer Service! Keep it up! BUFFET/FOOD Our stay was with breakfast for 2 people. They have a cafe which I believe is open to public as well. For me the food is just okay, I did not enjoy the breakfast but when I told the supervisor/manager, she offered me for a different dish to make it up and I found that very delightful. I guess I am just picky with food but their food is okay and good. I appreciate and commend the Cafe staff especially the one with the short hair, really great Customer Service :)

I think there was someone smoking and the vent in our restroom smells like it at around 2 am on our last day of stay and there was no phone to call up reception to inform them and i was too sleepy to go down and inform the guard or front desk. I suggest you get a nice smoke detector.

The view was nice but unfortunately most of the time it was foggy because of the weather. I really love the proximity of the hotel to the mall, market, restaurants and the park! The staff was polite and helpful.

Location is really central. It was really easy to get a cab if you have no car and walk to where there are usually festivities . Staff were so warm and very helpful. The hotel is by the main road across Burnham park and it is very quiet in the evening, which is nice.

The room they put me in was in the very back of the “annex” overlooking a gravel parking lot. The room badly needed updating and upgrading. Everything about it was old.

The staff at this hotel were super nice & friendly. Breakfast was great. Location of hotel was next to the park so that was also a plus.

The staff are amiable and accommodating. They have the initiative to clean your room, we always have fresh towels and, a new set of toiletries every day. They make sure that we are always comfortable. The food in Olive Cafe was delicious, and yet very affordable! Great Location! Thank you for taking care of us!

I asked for a quite room when I booked. The room we got had an old noisy Air conditioner that prevented us to sleep. We unplugged the noisy aircon, opened the windows, But the neighbors' dogs were barking almost all night & early morning, symphony of dogs & roosters and then early church bells. We did not sleep at all the whole night. I complained to the Front desk and was nice to give us another room in the 5th floor they called Executive room with a brand new quiet Air conditioner, but had no small refrigerator, the furniture were old & dated & I could not open the drawers that were stuck in paint. I will give Compliment to the Front desk, who gave us the room and made us sleep good that night. At the restaurant, all 4 items in the menu were not available, so ended up with chicken my husband barely ate. He ordered a pumpkin soup, after a long wait, the waitress came with the mushroom soup for him & to our surprise she said it was a compliment! Then later the pumpkin soup came and my husband did not touch it anymore. Why give a compliment of soup when he ordered a soup already that came late. But thank you for trying. Not the waitress fault of course.

The hotel is within walking distance to Burnham Park, restaurants and night market. It also has free parking and located central to most touristy places to visit. The hotel staff were also very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Staff does not care there are problems with their reservation partner. Told client to resolve with their reservation partner on their own even when the client has exhausted all means to do so.

The hotel has good facilities and location. Clean and well kept. Front desk staff do a great job in not caring about their customer.

They did not accommodate our request for a queen size bed and were very strict with the check in time. The breakfast is not good, same options for the few days we were there and the option to use the bread toaster was not offered.
