aside from noisy people from another rooms so maybe they should put a notice for those people who are not mindful of other guests that want to have a proper restful night sleep

staff are fantastic nothing is to much trouble for them. The food was really good at lunch and evening meal however the breakfast was of the local type not much international but saying that it was fine and again the staff were very good.

Breakfast could have been better, at least for those of us not eating rice for breakfast. Coffee was not good. Exception: Pancakes was very good.

The room was a bit on the dingy side for being such an elegant hotel; the bathroom needs a deep clean, repairs made, and the sound-proofing needs to be updated. You can simply hear people walking in the hall that not even being "loud". The morning buffet could also use a logistical update, perhaps having 2 line of people on either side of food tables so that the masses run through quicker.

The staff was fantastic, very kind and helpful. The bell hops and parking security are very good at their jobs and go above and beyond. The provided food for breakfast was good too!

Price is getting a bit high for a smallish room.

We have stayed at Venus Parkview in the past and love the location and staff. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the park and lake, and it was very pleasant. Breakfasts were good quality and variety, and there was always ample parking for our mini bus.

We were cold and we were given blankets. No heaters in the rooms. We were hoping to get a massage in the room but the room was cold. But at least the extra blankets kept us warm

Your staff at the front desk that day was very accommodating to our needs. She upgraded our room with a balcony overlooking Birham Park. She brought up to the room a piece of cake and wished us a Happy Birthday. Your staff at the Olive Cafe served us a wonderful dinner and again exceptional service. But the surprising thing that happened when we were having breakfast was the whole staff brought out two pieces of cake and sang Happy Birthday to my sister and me Very Sweet And your breakfast menu was a lot to eat. Thanking your staff for a memorable stay.

POOR HOTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE I have booked 3 rooms and 1 room is not yet ready so we waited for about an hour. Good thing, I kept on calling and asking for an update or else it will take forever. Actually, quite disappointing because I didn’t get an apology and they say they had a miscommunication with their staff.. and they give the key room to the other customer that supposed to be our room. I paid 3 Rooms with Balcony for 2 nights which costs P32K++ so I was hoping for excellent service.

Some constructions outside our room and was a bit noisy some times. A bit pricey but still worth it.

A nice hotel in Baguio. Close to burnham park and within walking distance to SM Baguio. The staff were very helpful to get you a taxi. Cleaning was done everyday. Good breakfast. Netflix on TV but youll need your own account.

Room was not spacious, the door in the toilet was broken and cannot be locked, the room has a small bathroom but it was okay, the bad smell in the hallway to our room was not pleasant so I requested the receptionist to spray some air fresheners. It's just that I'm used to smell air fresheners or flowers in most hotels that I've been to.

The ambience, staff and guards were very accommodating and helpful, and foods in the restaurant and our unlimited breakfast were amazing.
