No fridge in room. Run out of vodka and didn’t have any for the whole stay. Power cut out a lot. Breakfast was poor, not any western options. Needed more variety.

Breakfast was limited and the 9.30 finish was enforced by the removal of the food on the dot.

Our room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel was clean and secure. We could walk into the expansive pool from our room. The lighting of the hotel at night is stunning. The view from the rooftop is impressive.

Breakfast was OK, not a great range. Also, ate in the restaurant once. The nasi goreng was not nasi goreng.... rather it was a huge bowl of eggy rice. I was hungry so I just ate it... but I think the restaurant experience could be improved!

The room was comfy and quiet, mountain view. The hotel was out of the centre, which was good for me, but you'd need a motorcycle to get around.

The food was a little average, although we only ate there on a few occasions. Probably better to eat traditional food at local restaurants.

What didn’t we like! The staff, amenities, cleanliness, all 10/10! Everyone was extremely accommodating and professional. We hired the scooters out the front most days and made it super easy for us. It is a quick 5 minute ride into Coron Town Proper, but tucked away enough from all the hustle and bustle. We also organised laundry at reception and it all came back in great condition. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time.

Shower screen was only half and made the floors very wet no matter what shower head we used, while it looked great it was a bit slippery and we ended up using most of the towels to dry up the ground so we could walk safely however the staff mopped every day and replaced our towels thankfully

Beautiful pool & room with balcony overlooking the pool and mountain view! Great value for money including breakfast with decent but not massive variety of foods. We loved the egg chef in the morning for breakfast, convenient tricycles at front for transport into town (5 min ride or maybe 10 min walk)

Shower did a good job at putting water everywhere in the bathroom. Room was a bit dark because it faced onto a large wall - no outlook.

Breakfast was great; nice view too. A little bit away from the chaos of main st Coron which was good. Cheap and quick enough to catch tuktuk into town

Outside of the hotel, that street pretty dirty. If you wanna walk you will see some dirty dogs try not to get scabies. Should be nice to have some laundry nearby.

This place is a hidden gem. Such clean and cheap place. Pool was soo great. Breakfast is insane! We were not expecting this much. Staff is soo great. They provide everything. Taxi at the door. Any tour can be arranged at lobby. They always have smile face. You can ask them anything, they are happy to help.

Room on last floor (right under the restaurant) are noisy at 5/6am during the breakfast preparation. Better ask for a middle floor.

The elevator broke down, and food is at the sixt (fifth for Europe) floor This can happen…. but the hotel got the elevator to work by manually operating it. Just needed a call to the front desk

The restaurant and drink prices were quite high compared to the town, which was a bit of a walk away down a busy downhill road without a pavement, we would get a tricycle for around 50p. The food was good but they didn’t have a lot of the drinks on the menu.

Nice swimming pool with bar area, trips arranged through the hotel were reasonably priced and reception would call the room when pickup arrived. Friendly staff, there were water refill stations and a good buffet breakfast included.
