The shower was not powerful that was my only issue.

The location is good, it’s about 5 minutes further up from the main hot spots which is nice because it’s local but peaceful in the night. The bed was SO comfy! I dream about that bed.

It seemed a bit run down for the price- not worth £65 a night! Roof top was messy (seemed like they were attempting to renovate it and gave up but no bar up there like stated). Our door had a broken safety lock & bathroom had no shower mat so you slipped over when you got out as it’s marble flooring- the bathroom had a strong sewage smell the whole time we were there which wasn’t pleasant. Also hotels food/drinks aren’t very good value

The rooftop bar and seating area were not available during our stay - the AstroTurf had been half ripped up and the bar is empty. The shower head was a little dirty, but otherwise the room was clean enough. Hot water was just warm but that’s fine in this climate.

The air cone doesn’t work properly The water inside the bathroom is sometimes warm sometimes cold means the water heater is not that good So u will get a hot water if you are lucky There is no tissue inside the room!

The amazing view meant it was on a hill so my husband and I rented a scooter to avoid walking it each day

The staff were lovely and helped with everything we asked such a scooter rental, airport transfer and laundry service. The view is really nice

Either lower the cost of the breakfast buffet, or improve the menu. Dailly servicing of the room can be improved. Guests should not need to request for refill of water, coffee, hand soap. The room didn't even provide shampoo, and the tooth paste that came with the toothbrush has a doubtful scent. I dare not use it. I always bring my own tho, so best to bring your own.

Breakfast was way too expensive for the menu present Room was comfortable, the daily upkeep however, can be improved a bit more. I didn't have much of a view because my window opened to the back of the property, the foot of a mountain which had 2 shanties looking over. I had to keep my curtains closed.

The staff weren’t that friendly. Location was a bit out of town, a 15-20 minute walk or a small bike ride. They cleaned our room twice in 5 nights and both times forgot to give us towels when we asked for some it seemed like we were an inconvenience. We went on a day trip and came back expecting a clean room and came back to find the cleaner had put the “do not disturb” sign on our door instead of cleaning the room which wasn’t on the door when we left… so room wasn’t cleaned, had to ask a few times for them to empty our bins and give us toilet paper.

The hotel itself was nice, the pool was beautiful and refreshing. AC worked good!

A bit remote up the hill

the rooms are big and with a beautiful ocean view. it’s a bit up the hill so if you don’t have a scooter you’d spend sometime going up and down. they can organise all your day trips and staff is very friendly.

- The power goes out at least once per day - not their fault I don't think. The generator is quick to kick in and start supplying power again. - The water pressure was intermittently non-existent. - Some days our room would smell like sewerage. It was disgusting. - Our aircon stopped cooling one night after a power outage and they couldn't fix it until the next day. - When the aircon was working, it was barely cooling at all. - The toilet stopped flushing. It was fixed, but only after following it up twice. - We had laundry done through the hotel, one of my shirts was ruined from stains when I received it. They advised it was because the power went out and offered no compensation. Considering the stay of decay that this hotel is in, it was very surprising to know that it was built in 2018. They don't seem to perform any regular maintenance on anything.

The location is great, nice and close to everything. Bed was very comfortable. The rooftop bar drinks were nice.

Thought the general staff could have been a little bit more interactive, other than that the accommodation was enjoyable.
