We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Australiait wasn’t as clean as we had hoped. water turned off at one point in the shower, there was a spider and a funny smell coming from the bathroom. it always smelt musty and wet. No new towels were given, same ones were just folded up to be re used. beds has some slight yellow stains. not the worst but not the best. but expensive for what you get
location was somewhat convenient, just slightly up on a hill so you need to be fit. the pool and outdoor area is nice.

United KingdomThe room was horrible. The doors to the outside didn’t shut properly so we had mosquitos in every day. The safe didn’t work so I had to get staff to change battery. The bed sheets looked suspect. Wi-Fi was non existent. The electric generator went off every other hour so couldn’t do much.
The location was good and the pool was ok. They organised shuttle to airport which was decent.

Canadaour room is in the 3rd floor, no elevator. It was hard to go back to our room especially after whole day of island hopping.

United StatesStaff we’re consistent about the price. When we were checking in the front desk said breakfast was 400 per person. When we decided to go to the breakfast on our first day, we are asking the buffet breakfast staff if we can pay before they eat and they are insisting and kept on telling later. and when we were about to pay they charged us 450/person plus a 90 pesos service charge. BEWARE!

PhilippinesOverall, we had a great experience with Vienna Hotel, very welcoming vibe. Staff were incredibly helpful and always available. Amenities were great, roof deck overseeing Tapyas cross, pool side cafe was a plus. Food was great and sisig was a bomb, kids love it and the very awesome breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Perfect for a family stay.

Philippineslocation was uphill and I'm not not fond of walking uphill but the staff will assist you for tricycle…and there is always tricycle every where…
We are usually out for a day tour but every time we go back to our rooms the house keeping make sure the everything is clean and neat…they have super friendly staff that always greet you and the receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpful especially during our tours they arrange everything…We are certainly be staying here again!

PhilippinesIn comparison of our stay here in Vienna pre pandemic, it looks run downed. Building looks like it wasn't maintained, the bathroom smells old, bedroom lighting was not completely working, the lightbulb in our room was flickering all the time, bathroom light is so dim plus the 2nd bulb was not working, airconditioning unit wasn't working properly (had to request a fan since its so hot in our room).
Staff is kind and helpful, they always greet you plus whatever you need, they get it for you quickly. Staff is great.

PhilippinesThe shower is not working properly. I am not a fan of hot bath, but the water in the shower is hot. I can't adjust it to cold water it is not working properly. I booked for 2 rooms, the toilet in the other room smells bad. It smells as if the septic tank is already full. May Aunt and Uncle was not able to rest comfortably because of the smell. I hope you'll be able to fix this issue.
I like that it is within the town proper which gives you easy access to everything you might need (food, souvenier shops, travel agencies, port)
