The staff were very welcoming and treated you like family, me and my friend are two young females and we both agreed we felt so safe during our stay at Terra Sancta. The food was amazing and our room was so beautiful.

Vanilla Beach is literally a couple of minutes by vehicle and the sunsets are spectacular there. I loved my room and its decor and the staff was awesome. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was at times a little noisy, but it could have been a generator kicking in from a blackout.

Alongside the island tour, we also booked a mini van airport transfer to Puerto Princesca through the hotel, and it was obviously over booked, but we didn’t know until it came to pick us up. I literally had to sit on half a seat until somebody got off after 3 hours, not enjoyable! Not necessarily the hotels fault but be warned of the company they book through! Also, the first night we arrived, the hotel had a big pool party and the music was booming until 12am, not ideal when you’ve had a long day travelling but didn’t go on too late and the other nights were nice and quiet. It is also a bit out the way of the town, you need to catch the trikes or have a moped to use.

The resort was super cute, there was a problem with the Terra Sancta swimming pool, but you were able to use Happiness Boutique Resorts amenities, as it’s literally a conjoined resort. The staff and manager were very nice and helpful. We booked an island hopping tour through the hotel and all went smoothly.

Aircon is facing the bed which means waking up with sniffly nose and runny eyes.

Staff are fantastic, hotel is nice, yes the WiFi is bad in the room but amazing in the bar/restaurant areas. Food was nice pool area very chilled.

Great location a short tricycle ride from the beach and walking distance to a few bars. The restaurant at the hotel is great and has nice choices for breakfast. It had the best mango smoothie on the whole trip.

Lovely property with a nice pool and restaurant. The breakfast and food in the restaurant is very good, mango juices are amazing. Room was spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. Staff was friendly. Location is good, short tuk tuk away from vanilla beach or town. Walking distance to bars and cafes if you don’t want to stay in the hotel.

You can choose between daylight or privacy. Rooms Are Dark than. Also the mold smell was Bad. A lot of construction work and no silence in the Morning so you will wake up 8 in the Morning from constructions. They build a whole new area so it will takes a while i guess…

Sound and view isolation from the street could be even better and just one wifi connection for the whole hotel would make it easier, but those are really small things.

A fantastic oasis in the middle of the loud city life. The minute we aruved I felt like I can breathe fully! The hotel is partly in a renovation process but they compensate with nice new facilities. The staff and the manager are kind, helpful and open, the food is good if a little expensive. The rooms are decorated in a beautiful Japanese - Scandinavian style, very calming, clean and one-of-a-kind look. Fantastic choice of materials with stone, bamboo as primar choice and almost no plastic at all. I am longing to return already and I am glad we choose this hotel instead of Lime.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel in El Nido. The perfect location near bars, restaurants, and coffee shops made exploring convenient. With beaches within walking distance, it's an ideal spot. The spotless room and daily fresh beach towels were appreciated. The friendly and helpful staff, aligned with the Happiness Group's ethos, made the experience even better. The interior design was perfect, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Ps. The food was outstanding. I would recommend this & can’t wait to come back next time!

The design of this resort is so beautiful, not just the room but the whole pathway connecting the reception to the rooms. They joined the Terra sancta part with the Happiness resort, so you have to visit their reception to check in, you get nice welcome drinks and they show you to your room. Unfortunately the pool you see in the photos was empty, you can use the other resort's one though. The staff is very nice, especially the bartender, who also helped us solve a problem with the rental problem we had (not connected to the resort's services). The tricycles have some kind of a station right across the road from the accommodation so it's super easy to get around. They had hot water, working wifi and the restaurant offers a wide variety of options for food.
