The wifi could have been stronger. We wished there was solution for the amount of insects/mosquitos in the room, maybe adding insect repellents to our rooms would be a great idea.

We loved the vibe and the fact that is in a little jungle of its own. We absolutely loved the staff especially Mama Z who cooked us amazing food!

Basics were missing (no coffee, toilets weren't flushing properly) and there were inconsistencies between our rooms (eg I had no kettle). Most of all I thought it was overpriced - not relative to other accom in El Nido but rather it continues theme of all accom in El Nido being overpriced relative to other popular islands in Philippines

we encountered some water supply problem on our last morning here but they did try to resolve it as fast as possible. wifi signal is also very weak in the area.

the rooms have good aesthetics, location is near the center but still very quiet and peaceful, staff are very helpful, pool is nice to swim in at night, food especially dilisilog is delicious!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

A gem in El Nido. It ticks all the boxes that you look for in a resort. This place is beautifully decorated, perfect balance of minimalistic, rustic/exotic vibe and peace, the peace is unmatched in the area. The location is amazing, close to the one of the best beaches in El Nido but without all the confusion that some close by hotels have, you will always feel like you are in your own little village in this resort. Finally, the staff was absolutely perfect. Everyone working is looking to provide you the best possible experience and whatever the situation, issue or complication you need to fix, they will fix it gracefully and without hesitation.

They had issues with their airconditioning units. However, the staff helped us find an alternative hotel to stay. It was very nice of them to assist us.

Due to some power cuts from the utilities provider we stayed in our rooms without any power, even we were told they have generator, that is not true, because no light, no TV no internet. The sewage in the shower area was always clogged. As a recommendation you should provide kettle in every room to boil water and phone in the rooms, at least in those far from reception.

The staff is very helpful, kind and always with a smile. The rooms are quite good, with AC and giant TV and comfortable bed. Every day the rooms have been cleaned and let impeccable.

Missing some amenities like hair dryer and fan didnt work during our stay, but AC did though its blasting directly at the bed, which some might not feel comfortable with.

Cute little place with vibes of a yoga retreat. Room is modern and comfortable. Very thoughtful staff who went out of their way and decorated our room for my wife's birthday and even prepared a birthday cake.

There is no restaurant for lunch/ dinner and to get to any restaurants in town you have to get a tricycle. The location isn’t within walking distance to much but is 5-10 mins by tricycle (costs 100peso each way)

The room was absolutely lovely, extremely comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they can assist with everything like booking tours etc. The overall feel of the place was so peaceful, nice pool but the room was really the highlight!

I booked this room for my last night in El Nido. Quite disappointing as they gave me a room with defective TV and ceiling fan just bec someone "partied" in that room prior to my reservation, they did not bother to fix it and might as well give it to me. I thought I would be speaking to a manager but no one met me. As a person, this actually does not bother me but as a person who works in a hotel and you have been given a room with broken TV and ceiling fan can be quite disappointing knowing I paid the same price as other guests. There is also a slight issue with the door knob as it will directly hit your hand and will hinder you to open the door. Check out time is at 12nn but the reception was unmanned.

Room smells good though no toiletries provided, only hand soap and shampoo (no toothbrush, cotton buds, etc). Pool looks excellent. It has this Bali inspired atmosphere in the resort.

Music by the pool was nice but a little monotonous. Could do with changing the playlist day to day (it wasn’t contemporary music more meditation style)

Beautiful property with lush gardens and a great pool. Room was big and had a really comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and were happy to answer any question and provide bookings for tours etc. we had the breakfast twice and both times was delicious. We also booked massages with them and they set up a wonderful area looking out at the view.

Kudos to all the staffs that are very welcoming and made the stay here a homely feel. The wifi was not working at first but the manager promptly provided a solution. It looks exactly in the pictures/website and I love the lush greenery around the resort which makes it serene and tranquil. The swimming pool is kept clean and  its always nice to take a dip. The food served are really delicious. Few minutes away from Maremegmeg beach and Corong Corong beach as well as the town proper. All in all, I would totally recommend Terra Sancta and would go back again for sure.

We had internet issues on the first day. The signal also in our room is not that strong. We had to go near the door to get a good wifi. The door of the toilet is too hard to close. We didn’t mind it though since it’s just me and my husband. We were also not notified that there will be someone who will clean the rooms everyday but just to avoid any issues, we brought our valuables with us. We didn’t lose anything though. They only have hand soap and shampoo as amenities but we didn’t mind that too as we usually bring our own. The water pressure in the shower is not that strong as well. They also have limited dinner menu. We can also hear the footsteps upstairs whenever there’s someone walking. 😅

Our room didnt have TV (despite the specifications indicated when booking) and It would be good to check the pipes to prevent the water from the shower and sink from getting stuck.

Pool was not clean during our stay. Quite far from the town proper which means higher tricycle rates, but this is beyond their control really.

The room, aside from being aesthetic and pleasing to the eyes, is very comfortable to stay in and we were able to slept very well at night after our activities. You'll really feel relax after a long day of island hopping and you'd be tempted to get up late the next day because of how soft the bed is. We also loved the space that we have around the bed where we can charge our phones and put other stuff. We got sick on our third day and they assisted us by buying energy drinks for us for hydration. They even were the ones who hung our wet swimwear/clothes for drying. Overall, we loved our stay and thank you for accommodating us!
