We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything! From the staff, to the food, its price, the room itself! It is just a 20mins walk to Vigan town proper. Yes, we walked to exercise. We chose this place because it gives the vibes of an old Spanish style house yet no eerie feeling. We love the food, ang sarap and sulit! The staff are very nice and helpful! The room is cold and clean!

GermanyThe rooms are very small and there is no extra space to put stuff, like chairs or little rack. Also no hooks for hanging clothes. Same in the mini bathroom. I don't mind small bathrooms but it would be helpful to have a board or something to put the toiletries.
We liked the pool very much with the sitting area next to it, that was very refreshing. The rooms were also quite nice and clean, the beds comfortable amd the staff was super friendly and helpful, even carried our luggages up to the rooms.

Pet friendly and great to stay with pets as the owners are dog lovers and has a lot of dogs at the hotel. Great pool and lunch area at the pavilion. Friendly and very help full staf.
