no temperature regulator for hot/cold shower; water gets too hot. I need to completely turn off the faucet to avoid scalding.

We stayed overnight before our flight back to Cebu the next day. It was perfect place for us to retire after a long road trip from El Nido. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, and staff were friendly. The owner (Andrea) graciously greeted us upon our arrival and was also there to meet us before we left and made sure that we had all our needs attended. There’s a restaurant/cafe downstairs which is 24/7. The ambience is wonderful, food was superb, and location to the airport is only less than 15 minute van ride.

There was no water for a shower or in taps, due to a water shortage in the area however so nothing to do with the property

Perhaps this is just a stray instance but during my stay, there was no water from the faucet, shower, and toilet bowl. I was told that there has been a water interruption since there’s some service going on. But the staff was kind enough to provide me with a full container of water so I could take my shower and do my thing. I hope the water problem gets sorted out. :)

I like how accessible it is to the airport and restaurants/eateries nearby. The property itself has a cafe and bar wherein you could relax and unwind from the day’s heat and expedition. The airconditioning works well so you are off to a good night’s sleep.

Excellent welcome from the team - we were given a welcome drink and cold flannel, which was very refreshing after the journey there. Great breakfast options in their beautiful cafe. We received so many helpful recommendations about places to visit in the area.

Too fiscal for the check in. Despite the room was ready and empty they didn't allow the check in even it was just half hour before the thoretical time. Not the behaviour for all the hotels I have ever been.

Only complaint is that the aircon isn't very modern so makes a bit of noise if you're trying to sleep with it on.

The room had air conditioning, good wifi and a decent shower setup. Good breakfast and for me a good location near motorbike rental and shops to get the SIM card, right near the airport as well. The staff were friendly and helpful in giving advice or directions.

The area wasn’t the nicest and didn’t feel the most safe especially in the evening, however it’s right by the airport so was more for convenience than anything else.

We booked just for an overnight stay due to an early morning flight the next day. Staff were helpful and organised a tuktuk/ trike for us early in the morning (3:30am). The on-site restaurant had a great selection and tasted great. The room was big and clean. Also had a big tv with YouTube.

We got a fruit plate extra for breakfast and ended up paying nearly 10 euro extra for it as it was an extra cost to the included breakfast and service and tax on top of this! Bad form in my opinion for a small plate of average tasting fruit!

It is a modern establishement, very clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very helpful, even they helped me a signed assignment for private use to produce. It is a very good value to check out Puerto Princesa and the surroundings.
