Rooms were a little dated however they were very clean

Fantastic location not on the beach but in 2 minutes you can be in the sea or drinking cocktails watching the sunset. The staff are super friendly.

It's just the flight of stairs that we have to climb especially that I was with senior citizens who have difficulty climbing up but we were asked about it beforehand and didn't have a choice but to stay. Also, stairs can be quite dangerous as it can get slippery due to occasional rain. Wifi signal at our room wasn't good too as we were at the penthouse room. There was a wifi extender but it is too weak especially at night as there will be no internet connection at all in our room.

It is in close proximity to the beach located in Station 1 of Boracay. Many nearby sari-sari store to buy necessities and food. Church is in front of the hotel which is a very good plus as we were able to attend a mass on a Sunday. It is a very good value for money especially for a stay with the family. I highly recommend the place if you want to stay in station 1 of Boracay. Staff were helpful and hospitable.

The space and separate rooms were very beneficial for my family and me. The staff EJ was/is the best at providing assistance with hotel supplies, island information (activities) and care of us the guest and our experience throughout our stay. He went alongside our family to our first day of activities to ensure everything went well. Dinner, shopping, etc he made sure all went smoothly.

What I like about the property is its location. It’s just a few meters from the beach (Station 1). It’s also a few meters from the famous D-Mall. It has easy access to public transport. The accomodation is well maintained and very very clean when we arrived. They also provided complete sets of dining and kitchen utensils. The management and the staff are very accommodating and hospitable. What I love most is that it has a terrace overlooking the beach where you can chill and relax while grilling meat and drinking your wine/cocktails.

None so far.....as usual, just a warning to all guest when the floor is wet, be careful as always.

Location of the Hotel is very perfect, near to main road, then very near to station 1 beach particularly Willy's Rock. Very good Hotel staff, courteous, very approachable, and they also served as our coordinator of our Island Tours. Breakfast is delivered by the hotel staff to our room. Room is clean, with balcony.

Very clean, complete amenities (with ref, electric kettle, cabinet) , easy to request on staff (all of them are super friendly), 2-3minutes walk to the beach, super yummy & free breakfast 💙
