It is understood that a condo would be subject to neighbors chatter. We’re always waken up by loud music coming from somewhere at around 6am & sometimes after 10pm.

Not the owners fault but due to the water shortage in Baguio during our stay, there is a schedule for water interruption for the whole building.

Very ideal location, walking distance to session road, SM, Burnham Park, and bus station. Property is very clean and well maintained. Owner is very accommodating and responsive to requests.

Good location and space. However, a significant drawback that I encountered during my stay was the agonisingly slow internet connection. In an era where connectivity is almost as essential as the very air we breathe, the internet speed provided by the hotel was disappointingly sluggish. Whether it was for casual browsing, checking emails, or trying to stream videos, every online activity became a test of patience. The slow internet connection not only hampered my ability to stay connected with the outside world but also affected my overall productivity, as simple tasks took far longer than expected. Despite the hotel’s numerous charms and its commendable efforts to provide a comfortable and memorable stay, the painfully slow internet was a glaring issue that detracted significantly from the experience. In today’s connected world, reliable and fast internet service is not just a luxury but a necessity for many travelers. I hope the hotel addresses this issue promptly, as improving the internet speed would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience and ensure that future stays are flawless, both offline and online.

The extra mattress is not thick enough to be laid out on floor since it's cold. If I may suggest, please provide a thick foam or a pull out mattress. The unit also lacks of rugs especially in the kitchen area. The net sometimes is not properly working.

Room is clean and organized, toiletries are provided and host is very responsive. Location wise, it very commendable. Easy to check in and out.

The unit was very clean. It felt very homey and comfortable. Accessible sya to all needs. Steady ang water, good heating system. Peaceful neighbourhood and malapit rin sa mga taxis and shuttle buses around the city. Walking distance sa SM. Walking distance rin sa burnham park basta sipagan lang mag lakad pag walang grab or taxi. It was very good. Memorable ang first visit ko sa baguio because of this. It's very closed to the city centre. Very comfortable stay and like the facilities of the unit because they are complete.

No cooking stove. You cannot cook in the property. No complimentary water. Payment for early check-in is 100 per hour PER HEAD. It would have been acceptable if it is just 100 per hour because it is just 1 room anyway but 100 per hour per head is a bit too much in my opinion.

I liked the location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and some tourist spots. Beds are comfortable. Host is very responsive.

Phone signal really needs improvement. But if you rely on internet access, then that shouldnt be a problem.

Location is in the central district, very close to the shopping malls and hospitals, barely needed to commute since you can walk everywhere.

Slippery bathroom floor after shower, lack of an extra larger trash bin but there's a small trash bin in bathroom. Some walls could use a paint touch up like right of the tv and loose cables could be covered by cable covers. Outside view is nothing to look at but anyways covered with white and over curtains.

The location, the room was really nice, the fan did good job, gorgeous wooden floor, slippers available. Bed sheets nice and soft.
