This hotel will improve a lot if they renovate their lobby and staircase, make it brighter and more professional/ business looking. Best if the entire premise becomes smoke-free. Best to have a good portion of their restaurant to be air-conditioned, since you can also eat outside while swimming.

This hotel resort is an old establishment in the busy tourist area of Clark. They have a swimming pool with a large garden and restaurant/ bar where you can relax, swim and even work the whole day. They have a gym. Best to get a room with balcony and view. It is not noisy at night. Wifi works. Most guests are non-Filipino. The rooms are actually clean, relatively new and well-maintained. Walking distance to SM, around 25 min walk. This place is reasonable and not too expensive. There are ATM machines. Staff are courteous and used to speak English.

Room poor lighting, ceiling fan speed was too fast, and AC was too noisy to sleep with. No Seperate shower, and no hair dryer.

Rooms could use deep cleaning. Stained parts of bathroom, for example, make it appear dirty. There were some bugs but pretty normal for the climate.

Restaurant was good despite somewhat unattractive pictures on the menu. Staff is very kind and will bend over backwards for you. Laundry service was good and very inexpensive.

Air conditioning not adequate for room. Was hot at night. Sweated. Ask to fix yet they didn’t. No hot water. Asked 3 days to fix and no response.

Shower was awefull, smelly water and no water pressure,even after maitenance it was en is still a problem The noise from the cleaning staff in the morning inc their loud walki talkies!

Lagoon room is spacious but needs maintenance - broken toilet sliding door. Good pool view from the terrace but needs proper cleaning. Improve to lessen the noise from bars nearby.

No elevator in the main building, 3 floors you may have to walk up.

The Wild Orchid Resort was a nice place, is was quiet at night and the Security Guard was always on duty. The room was big and roomy, bed was big and comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly. Was within walking distance from restaurants and other actives in the area. Breakfast was good in the resort restaurant.

Had to change room from older section to newer section due to smelly and rusty water. Even running water for 10 minutes the water was dirty. Missed out on enjoyable bath.

The hotel is old and needs renovation, especially the bathroom. The price for what you get is a bit too high but I guess it's because of the swimming pool and the location.

The hotel is right next to the nightlife and reataurants. The swimming pool is great.

The wifi was a bit 'hit and miss' although it was possible to log into different areas of the property to get a slightly better connection. If I was critical, which I'm not, I could have pointed out a few features which looked dated. Buy hey, it's value for money.

Although you could tell this place has been around for a while, it provided a really pleasant atmosphere. The pools are great and the 24 hour restaurant was a bonus for late arrivals. My room was large and cleaned to perfection. The staff were great, especially Bea and the ladies serving in the restaurant. Obviously this place mainly caters for a certain clientele, but that's cool. Never a problem. Everyone seemed to be having a good time here and I'm sure they have in the many years passed.

Bed was a little hard. No lift to 3rd floor. Shower was poor
