The Bathroom was a bit moldy, the curtains had a lot of black spots and the bidet was completely black on the head. The breakfast only included instant coffee or hot chocolate, you gotta pay extra for juices filtered or coffee.

Absolutely loved the location and how they decorated it for christmas / new years eve :) In general it was clean and the stuff was always there to help you with anything. The staff was very friendly, also reminded us for the last call for breakfast which we would’ve missed everyday. :)

No Kleenex. No shelves in bathroom. No top sheet on bed, until we requested it.

Location to the beach was perfect. Cuisine at restaurant was great. Pool was nice.

The breakfast was a bit small for me. Only 1 egg with American breakfast. I would prefer 2.

Everything was quite good. No complaints at all. Restaurant did a fine job with all meals.

They just need to maybe address the issue about the fruits falling off from the trees and hitting the roof of the building that we stayed in, at some point it gets annoying.

What I like about the property is that it s well maintained, clean, and you will surely have your relaxing vacation. The staffs are very friendly, and accomodating.

They should've included the pet fees on the details of the hotel. We brought 3 dogs for 2 nights stay and the charge was 600/pet/night.

They waived the fee for one of the dogs we brought.

Jacuzzi facility wasn't good and wifi connection was poor. It was rather pricey considering value for money.

The sea is near hotel so it was nice to see sunset.

Hotel rooms are expensive and not really a beach front hotel. You have to walk to a public beach, not clean, not suitable for swimming

There should be a 24 hour security so someone could open the gate if coming home late. Gate was locked on our first night of stay and have to yell out to open the gate.

Hard to travel around the area if you don't have car. You have to walk all the way to plaza to find a tricycle. They don't have contact to tricycle terminal. No restaurants nearby. We only ordered from their resto during lunch as the "Youhan Ihawan" was still closed. Some of the stuff in the room were broken: broken towel rack, broken shower light, wet 1-ply tissue. We asked for the staff to replace them but they did not bother to check it. The placing of the TV was very off. It is placed on top of the cabinet which is very unnatural to look up when you're lying down. It would be better if it was hanging by a wall mount in front of the bed.

It is near the river and beach. They even have their own ihawan by the beach, although the food have a lot to improve. The restaurant food was good and worth the price. The wifi was great as each room had their own router (I think) Having a swimming pool was very nice even though it was a beachfront hotel. I had options when I was not feeling well going to the beach. The water was hot even in the evening and the sands were cleaned every morning. The staffs were accommodating when we arrived early and they let us wait in a kubo before check-in.
