The hostel shares entrance, reception, staff etc with a cafe (same owners, so the staff works at the cafe and the hostel). There is no common area at the hostel, but you can sit in the cafe. It does feel a bit weird using the cafe when you are not a cafe-guest and need a place to be (other than the room), like eating your own food, facetiming etc.

The room and beds are very good. Plugs and curtain in the bed, so you get a lot of privacy. Very clean room and bathroom. Free water. Good wi-fi. Locker to storage your belongings. Good location, 1 min to supermarket, 10 sek to resturants, 3 min to beach.

Rooms a bit small and only one bathroom for 8 people. A bit noisy because of the street but totally manageable with earplugs.

Perfect location, next to the bars, restaurants and the beach. Nice outdoor space to take breakfast and chill. Staff nice and helpful. Cleaned every morning.

Lovely stay! I think we were lucky we stayed in the weekend because when we checked out there were constructions next door, making a lot of noise as of 9am it was fine because we always get up early, but for the breakfast it’s pretty loud. The breakfast is really nice tho - great egg sandwich with some fruit and a lemon juice 🍋

It was a small dorm room. The toilet was extremely loud after flushing and with the toilet/shower being located so close to the beds it was quite disturbing. Basically you could hear everything from outside, those walls were paper thin and located by one of the main roads it was stressful sleeping there. Got woken up at 5. Staff didn’t really speak English besides one person, and the hangout area is their cafe. I was missing somewhere to chill tbh.

The hostel is nice and staff were friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, not too far from the beach where you can snorkel to see the sardines. There was hot water in the shower and the bathroom was well maintained and clean. I enjoyed the food at the hostel and was happy with the service. I would recommend this hostel.

There’s no lockers in the room and poor communication from the staff. The hostel was closing and we had to move our staff quickly, I was told I could leave my backpack there for another couple of hours but to “close it tightly in case they steal”. Didn’t feel very safe

The location is great, they also have a cafe/bar which is nice. The shower works perfectly.

The front desk (old lady at late 40's) was rude. We don’t know if it’s bc we’re locals or what but before we got there, we called the hostel for directions and we already sensed something was off with her. The vibe wasn’t welcoming upon check in. The space was cramped for 8 pax in the room. No space for big bags. Hand wash area and bathroom were not maintained. Honestly, it wasn’t the best stay. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. Better choose a different f place if you’re planning to visit Moalboal with friends.

The hostel room is right on the cafe, so it is loud and noisy until 11pm at night.

The location is perfect. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The cafe is amazing with delicous food and you get 10% off for staying there. Best coconut lattes!

Love the location 🫶🏼 I love that it’s not really in the center of the happenings *bars loud music. It’s situated a few steps away so you can enjoy chill and peaceful night but still around the area.

There was no lockable lockers avaliable. And no communal area other than the cafe but it can be difficult to source a power point so it is not ideal for those who are working or studying and need to use a laptop and need a space to work. But the wifi works well.

Clean, comfortable, beds had curtains and didn't make noice or wobble when you move. And really good location. Short walk to the beach and very close to a lot of good food spots. The Cafe that the hostel is attached to sells really nice deserts which you recieve a discount on when you stay there. You can also book canyoneering through the hostel. The tour guides were amazing and a 10/10 experience.

Noisy in bars around late on the weekend, I had a free breakfast but it wasn't American/irish/English as specified, it was an omelet 2 toasts and sale watermelon, good but I'll prefer the others options. The water pressure could be a bit stronger.

Elderly lady in the front desk was rude for no reason. Mirror in the bathroom was too high, I mean I’m 5”3 but I could hardly see my forehead in that bathroom mirror please. Rooms need soundproofing

in the dorm/hostel there aren’t any locker - I had a laptop so not having a locker wasn’t the best I would implement hooks next to each bed to be able to hang towels or personal stuff the hostel is not very social

the hostel was very nice. Basically it is a caffè with only one dorm. everything was very clean. they provided me towel and soap. the Wi-Fi was good enough to work the staff was very nice and helpful
