Superb service given by staff from start till the end of our stay. One sample was when we didn’t have cash and they let us borrow some for our tricycle ride to town. Our room was comfortable, clean and very relaxing, not so noisy since we’re a few km out of the town centre.

Everything, close to city center 10 mins walking , staff is extremely nice, there is amazing Italian restaurant at the site with great food , super clean , plated breakfast but very nice options and delicious , they arrange all the services, would recommend 100% to everyone

Service charge at the pool just to walk 4 steps and bring the drinks - not written anywhere , not informed but charged at checkout Mistakes in charging cocktails during the happy hours Waitress has no clue about the cocktails and what she serves - needs training Cash only hotel , impossible to pay by card which was an issue as we struggled to withdraw. Even the deposit is cash only. This needs to change. The ticket system for towels is strange too. Hotel is starting to age, needs some TLC in the common areas (refresh the painting)

Food and drinks were a bit expensive compared to the rest of town

Wifi in some of the rooms can be improved.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It is walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping. The Italian restaurant down stairs was very good. We are doing a world tour and have traveled over 60 countries over the last year and I have to say that I haven’t seen a manger of a hotel so involved in ensuring guests satisfaction. The staff deserve a 6* as they were all exceptional. Thank you for making our stay memorable in Palawan!

It's a short walk to the busyness of town.

The facility was very clean and had everything we might need. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always looking for ways to make our stay more enjoyable. They anticipated our needs before we even had questions—such a great stay. We’ve already booked time to return.

The staff was always very friendly. The rooms were clean and enough Space. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was also very good and diverse. The Pool was nice for relaxing.

Some breakfast dishes could have been kept a bit warmer. Could sometimes smell some burning smoke from a neighbouring plot in the evening.

Had a very enjoyable 3 nights at Zenvea Hotel. All the staff always wear smiles and do their very best to help and support you during your stay. The hotel is a short walk from the main high street but quiet and away from the busier traffic. The pool and bar were nice to relax with a selection of cocktails and there was a good mix of food at breakfast too. Water refill points were also available.

The restaurant of the hotel at lunch time and the italian restaurant in front of the hotel belonging to the hotel are not good, the food was not cook in a good way. Nevertheless the breakfast at the hotel was really good.

The kindness of people working there. The cleanness of the room and the hotel in general was really good, good equipments. Room were really nice. A really good place to stay with flexibility to visit Busuanga and Coron. The location is really good.

The best of the hotel is the staff always willing to help you and assist you with all your needs. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with all the amenities for a nice stay. We enjoyed the pool and the daily breakfast was very good

Unfortunately, after breakfast there were no vegan options available on the menu. Guests are unable to bring food in also, so just be aware if you don’t eat animal products you commit to eating out for lunch and dinner each day. This isn’t a huge problem as Coron has lots of options. I’d still stay again with no hesitation knowing this limitation.

Great location, spotlessly clean, staff were very attentive and the breakfast was excellent. They also catered for a vegan each morning by amending the meals available.
