We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe lifts were not operational during our stay, it was out of order and probably would take another 2-3 weeks for someone to fix it as per the staff. The breakfast buffet had limited options, the provided options were satisfactory.
Loved the pool, pool bar and the room. The laundry services were really great and quick. The hotel had only 1 restaurant (the other was pool bar menu) but everything we tried at the restaurant was absolutely amazing, including the oysters. The spinach and seafood soup is a definite must have.

United KingdomThe only problem was a lack of spots in the shade. There was no sun umbrellas and only one cabana offering shade. If you want to spend a day at the pool this is a challenge due to the strong sun.
Nice resort hotel in coron. The pool is nice with a good views the service was good, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was a good buffet. I would stay here again

The rooms are spacious and everything you would need in a facility is complete. They have a good location for the pool which offers and overlooking view both in the morning and at night. Breakfast buffet was simple yet hearty.

The hotel is great - its facilities, location, proximity to the town centre, and the services provided. The hotel is modern and new. It has everything you need - a restaurant, a cafe, infinity pools, kids' pool, a pool bar, spa, gym, games room and a souvenir shop The room is spacious with a balcony, providing a view of the ocean. The hotel provides its guests towels while using the pool, or you can borrow towels to take on your island tours. If you need a shuttle from the airport to the hotel (and vice versa), this can be arranged with the reception for a reasonable amount. Buffet breakfast is something to look forward to. Food tastes nice and of good quality. There is variety in food choices that caters to all types of guests. The hotel provides two large bottles of water each day and ensures the room is spotlessly clean every day. The staff are all very professional and helpful. Their customer service is excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Coron. A nice place to stay for couples, family, group of friends, or for those who just want to unwind and relax. Zuri Resort will always be my choice and would gladly stay here again.
