The bathroom, there was little space to put things, no shelf/small drawer. The shower had the same, no place to put liquids down and the water came from the roof, which was different. Breakfast was average.

The hotel art is amazing. The service by the staff, they're very helpful and you feel safe aswell in the area. The armed guards are very active. It is very clean. The room(deluxe) was good: AC, minibar, comfortable bed, smart-tv, chairs, closet etc. Bathroom lighting was really good to shave/trim etc.

They use to have excellent breakfast before . I was disappointed to see the breakfast this time . Missed their decent size french toast and shakshuka . Over all breakfast menu and food quality wasn’t as great as before .

A little thing , the light switches and the AC control are all very high tech. Personally I prefer a simple on/ off switch, but it might just be me.

It was nice and clean. Breakfast was very simple not much choice to be honest could be better. There was no egg option which was very disappointing Hotel was clean and tidy but the food was poor. Very quiet location

what I didn’t like about the property was the lack of attention by some of the staff members when they were cleaning the room. For example, it’s very important to maintain consistency with inventory so if you are taking one cup, you need to replace that one cup and so on and so forth. Often times I would notice that items would be missing, such as teabags, coffee, etc. after room service was done which should not happen.

I like the location I like the fact that it was a boutique hotel, and I like the personalized attention that the staff provided for each and every guest and this is my second time staying at the property and I would recommend it moving forward

We really struggled to get hot water. We let it run for quite some time ( which is a terrible waste of water) and it was only ever warm. We were also disappointed that the breakfast menu wasn’t included in our stay like our last visit. The buffet was still good but I don’t think instant coffee is good enough for such a nice hotel. After requesting brewed coffee they obliged. We will still come here again as the positives out way any negatives.

The decor is amazing and the staff are fantastic . The bed and room is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

They changed complementary breakfast to a buffet style breakfast. However, they failed to meet expectations on the following points: 1) The number of items in the buffet were limited. 2) They offered the same items every morning. 3) While tea-bag tea and open coffee beans were available to make a drink, a proper mixed tea or coffee was offered by the kitchen but charged separately. They charge on the higher side for their mixed teas, so that was a turn off. Secondly, some of their rooms are small bug with relatively bigger washrooms, while the rest are relatively bigger but with smaller washrooms. If you are travelling with a child and want a bigger washrooms, this can be a problem.

The room was clean and comfy and well heated. They provided an air purifier on request. The bathroom, while small, had running hot water at all times.
