We stayed 3 days and breakfast buffet was same all three days. Not many options for vegetarians. Old rooms. Cleanliness was not upto the standard

I was travelling with my colleague on a business trip. We booked twin room for two adults. They had us waited at reception lobby for 45 minutes then took us a room which had a Queen bed. I called reception about the mistake, they said because your companion didn't signed-in with his CNIC so we thought maybe we can offer this room. I wasn't happy at all, we had to again to the reception with our luggauge. I asked a simple question, when we booked twin beds why we are forcefully offered a Queen bed. And why would two adults will share a same bed?

It is centrally located, breakfast is awesome.

The shower door was missing so the bathroom floor was all wet once you took a shower. Electric kettle wasn’t working, there was no soap in the bathroom. Most importantly the mattress was sunken I couldn’t sleep and it gave me a backache. Please replace mattresses.

The quality of bathroom and bedroom amenities is very average. Can do much better by providing fine quality of toiletries.

Bed and pillows comfort level was not that good as is usually found in the competitive hotels. washroom was clean but a very serious issue was that there was no drainage place in the washroom area and the water from shower cabin while taking shower was continually pouring to the washroom area where there was no drainage pipe to take away that water. Same was the issue with jacuzzi water. Ultimately the overflown water was going into bedroom which created great discomfort and disturbance.

The checking service is really fast and smooth. Rashna was really helpful in assisting me . The room is really spacious and the in-room food service is exquisite. Everything was on time and fresh and hot. Overall I had a great experience. Looking forward to more bookings .

the phone in the room didnt work, and i had to go down to the reception to order food

the room decor was nice, and lighting was good. the beds were also really really comfy. the only downside is the property didnt have a communal prayer area.

I felt like the room interior needs to be upgraded. Specially I felt toilets are quiet old school.

My big thanks to this Avari family for keeping alive this type of quality service in the heart of my lovely city Karachi, the best part of being solo traveller in this uncertain country they always provide mental peace and luxury and I feel comfortable and safe as soon as I enter inside the property. Specially I want to mention the name of some staff members which were really helpful during my stay Mr. Khurram was the first person who really deal me with alot of patience and help me with early checkin also the other reception staff were friendly like Rashna 😍a lovely lady. Mr. Faiz and Mr. Danish were also really cool guyz. Room services staff specially Mr. Barkat and Mr. Sunil 5 stars for them(they give me some yummy zeera cookies, my favourite) rest I forget some names but all staff members are really friendly and they give to respect.

Everything went perfectly okay. Staff is very friendly and helpful.. Location is ideal and in safer part of the city. Sky BBQ and Dynasty Chinese restaurants are great place to eat in. Great food and great service by the staff in both the restaurant. Great options at breakfast. Overall a great place to stay if visiting Karachi. Thank you Avari staff for making our trip safe and enjoyable.

Location is excellent for exploring the city. Staff are extremely helpful. The hotel also provides a complimentary pick up from the airport and allowed me to check into the room early which was great after an overnight flight.
