Good value for money but the thing that caught my eye was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Very courteous and they would always go above and beyond for the customer. Hammad from front desk made my check out experience a breeze and provided me with help to ensure everything is taken care off.

The washroom's sink took some time to drain. The shower drain made some loud noise. The TV was very old and should have a Netflix or screening option.

It is slightly dated with old fixtures etc but they are well maintained overall and functioning, so this point can be ignored as well.

The hotel offers value for money since it has all the amenities and features of a 4-star hotel.

On arrival I was told it was a double bed and I had paid extra for twin beds. “Sorry there is no rooms like this we are booked out” I had booked weeks in advance. It was very disappointing. It took around 45 minutes to sort out with a mattress being put on the floor as the second bed. No recompense offered. Disappointing that a big hotel is not organised for what you book. The rooms are a little tired, the verandahs covered in dust. It’s an older hotel but still is filled most days maybe they can do some extra things around the hotel to ensure it’s up to standard. Reception staff were not receptive

The pool was cold but great - the lifeguard was fabulous. He was so helpful even opening an hour earlier so I could have a morning swim. Thanks so much to him. Asma at the restaurant was also very helpful

There was no separate swimming pool for ladies and in the evening mostly mosquitoes and in the morning flies,no fresheners in the room,no lockers,no iron

Bathrooms of all the room not even the executive room bathroom are maintained or up to worth of money we paid.

Hotel require the renovation especially the toilets and the bath areas

The AC in room continuously made an irritating noise, it was functional but due to that I had difficulty falling asleep and as I had just booked for one night did not bother to complain.

Over all its Good as per price, I booked for a Business friend of mine. Brake fast is average . Sea view is plus and option of food .. location little far but manageable

Room wasn't always cleaned until we asked. Breakfast was good effort but not great selection for 5 star. Hotel was being used by other patrons for conferences, so sometimes people were sat right outside our suite. Hotel was too expensive for Karachi and standard.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was really good next to Port Grand Overall a good hotel for Karachi but a little bit like a museum rather than 5 star hotel.

the toilet pot was on a raised platform. it was weird and uncomfortable. room was too big and space was not properly used I felt.

friendly and helpful staff, spacious property, good breakfast (I had requested for soy/almond milk instead of milk in advance before my arrival because of my lactose intolerance but it was not met). I made my booking a day in advance through booking.com but I had to wait at the hotel receptionnfor a good 20 minutes to be updated. They upgraded my room.
