Breakfast was good, with friendly service. Staff were accommodating to the lone female traveller. Bonus, front office staff all spoke English and Urdu and were very polite and accommodating.

The location. It was value for money but it was too close to the malls and market area for me

It was clean. The staff were professional and warm. The front desk was helpful, and requests were attended to promptly. Shout out to Rafq and Nadia and the rest of them, including the restaurant staff and the guy who kept my room clean throughout.

It starts from the moment you go in. Front desk staff was constipated with grumpy looks on their faces. Absolutely no welcome, neither have etiquettes to give a welcome gesture to incoming guests. You are on your own. Service staff was fine but they had inadequate equipment (e.g. iron board and iron). Reason being, they gave me one (after waiting for, and after a couple of reminders) but they picked from someone's room who came complaining at the front desk that why have you removed the iron board and iron from my room without my consent (I was checking out). Imagine, if you are landing to a disaster place like this. Seems like a place which has location advantage but ruining it with their service.

Location is really good. It is right next to the main malls (atrium, Zainab market etc.). So is the restaurant of the hotel. Staff at the restaurant is courteous and they have variety on the table.

The beds very low could be little higher.And the Blankets and pillows could be better ! There should have more room or shelve to put the Stuff in both room and shower.

The staff were very friendly & professional. Especially at front desk M/s Nadia helped was Very much appreciated. The breakfast room staff were very caring. The housekeeper assigned to Our room ( I forgot his name ) was very good in cleaning . The guards at the front door always helped us and our guests coming out of the car .Being a senior couple we appreciated their service..

It said Netflix will be provided, there was no Netflix plus they connected 2 twin bed to make one master and it kept splitting. They even charge for plates and spoons, that was odd.

The 2 receptionists were okay, but the bell boy was very good. The rooms were clean I love the showers and all.

The hotel was clean and well located in the heart of Karachi opposite to a shopping mall.Staff was very kind and helpful (Thanks to Suleiman).Room was big enough ,furniture quite new,well air conditioned.Good value for money and quality

When you walk out the hotel entrance it can be bit crowded because of the main road traffic and people walking on the road.

I wasn't sure about this hotel at the time of booking because of the reputation of other hotels in the area but after reading the reviews I gave it a go. I was surprised by the overall experience. Great customer service by all staff working in the hotel as they were kind and helpful from bell boy to reception staff to room service guy and to the guard at the entrance. They went above and beyond to provide comfortable stay. Overall hotel room was comfortable and had all amenities which were very really good worth the value. Location is perfect.

They will lie to you about how much things cost and then tell you certain things are free but then charge you...so be prepared to be asked over and over again to pay more for lots of things.

The hotel was comfortable. I felt fairly safe, but I worried about my possessions during the day while I was gone as it's easy access to get into the hotel. However, they do ask you to change your key everyday, so that helps a little. Bed was comfortable. Without earplugs it will be noisy sometimes. Overall, I was happy with my stay as the young staff was very kind and as helpful as they could be, but I could sense that the management was benefitting more financially and this bothered me a bit...but that is less about comfort of the hotel and more about morals.

Key cards to the rooms were very temperamental and regularly didn’t open my hotel room. The showerhead is fixed, which I personally don’t always like (flexible shower pipe would’ve been great) The area - if you’re not from Pakistan, you might find Saddar a little bit hectic and intimidating but my experience there was pleasant. It is very busy during the day but at night it does quieten down and you do not feel the noise of the traffic in your hotel room. The windows are effective. The hotel feels like a little bit of a diamond in the dirt when you see the surroundings, but that is quite common in Karachi.

The Hotel felt very modern, luxurious and clean for quite a reasonable price. Staff were very helpful and attentive. The restaurant connected to the hotel is very good. The location is very busy market district, full of hustle and bustle and good for shopping. I recommend Atrium mall across the road or Dolmen mall on Tariq st.

Time consuming process Less space at breakfast

Overall it was good , breakfast area needs to be a little more spacious with variety of food...variety was less and so was space..Room service is good but we booked for separate double beds which we did not get on arrival and got later on ....the check in was Time consuming....room service was good...room cleaning needs to be a bit more active need not to ask again and again
