How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Fruit basket otherwise free has been charged. Even plates asked were charged. Only MS saiba was thorough gentle and helpful lady gave us extra care.

The bathroom could use some touch ups as the shower area is very congested, Also there were issues with hot water supply
Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was very cooperative. They provided me the room of my own choice. Breakfast is fine too

They said they have parking on site, but they didn’t. You have your car parked all day on the road (which is very busy), and at night they transfer your car to a nearby parking plaza. They have valet service though.
The rooms, staff, location and food, everything was good.

Great service and very thoughtful staff. Adil.was very helpful in making sure I had a good stay and even contacted me to tell me I had forgotten something when I checked out.

Nothing such but overall keep on improving to be one of the best in Karachi
I always stay at this hotel due to the very good service provided by the team and all the facilities are excellent. Whenever I asked for any extra item like power extension board, iron, extra tissue box or small drinking water bottles they were quick to provide and mostly free of cost. Satisfied so far

Need a bit of improvements like wash basin should have light, People like me can shave or trim beard easily. Overall, it was very good, keept it up.
Overall experience was good. The staff was very friendly and cooperative.

There is no water at breakfast. I was told to buy it.
The staff is very helpful and polite. Afaq Khan in concierge goes all out to take care of guest needs and comfort.

Need more light in WC (room # 207) near mirror.

There is parking issue for this hotel. No space available for Guest cars . We have to park our own at Road

bathroom size, particular the shower cabin was too small, Towels had stains. In breakfast, fruit items are needed to add & increase items, only one option was available

The only problem I faced was with the reception/front desk guy he was always telling me the rates and hotel policies for tiny things, for instance, I asked the guy to get me the tea in a takeaway cup outside so that I could smoke while enjoying my tea, he told me that I couldn`t do that and then I asked him to bring me a tea in my room and he started telling me that it's for this much and we`ll charge you for this etc. Which I felt was a bit disrespectful and unnecessarily strict, I guess while in the hospitality business, one needs to be a little bit flexible towards small things. The only interaction I had with the property was in terms of food. Can`t say much about anything else.
The amenities and the overall ambience of the property are good, and the food is good too, although I just had a complimentary breakfast, room was very comfy and clean, and had everything in it. The staff was cooperative and well-trained.

The breakfast selection was very limiting, the breakfast location was very dim and felt more like a cantina. Definitely is a drop sleep leave facility, IMO missing some kind of bar or hang-out area to unwind or talk to friends/colleagues; if it does exist I was not made aware of it and it was not obvious to find.
The rooms were clean and in very good condition, with very friendly staff.
