Rooms are not sound proof & there ambient noise of even people talking in other rooms can be heared.no iron facility.specialy dnt even think to touch mini bar.it will cost you.mini bar looting must be stopped.

Be honest in booking and handling guests.

Booking.com confirmed reservation was refused saying that we have told them not to book but they book on their own. Asked me if I reconfirmed the booking on phone with the hotel. The terms mentioned were " pay at Property" . But they asked how I considered confirmed when without paying in advance. Very Rude General Manager. Check in process was uncomfortable and reluctantly done. If they do not recognize Booking.com reservations, they should be removed from the listing.

Excellent location, close to the Centaurus Mall, which has a wide range of shops. The room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of Pakistani options. Staff were extremely helpful in recommending places to visit and inquiring about opening hours, etc.

The hotel was extremely clean, and the location was ideal because it was close to all tourist areas. The hotel staff were extremely responsive and helpful. I will definitely return again.

A fantastic position. The accommodation was really spacious, and the style is stunning. The staff is friendly. Has all of the necessities. Very pleasant stay.

I liked the hotel's ambiance, which was clean and cosy. The cuisine was amazing, and the location was ideal because everything was within walking distance...they also provided us a deluxe room with a peaceful view... The food was delicious, but I believe there should be more alternatives on the menu... I would suggest the hotel to anyone...

It was a pleasure to stay at The Grace House Continental Guest House. The service was amazing, and the staff was quite helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was a rewarding experience.

The setting is fantastic, and the view from the house is breathtaking. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The host was courteous, friendly, and cooperative. Overall, I felt really at ease while being here. The decor and aesthetics were excellent...Definitely recommended for a weekend getaway.

It was incredible. The room was spotless, and the service was excellent. The staff was quite helpful. Mr. Hussain  went above and above to ensure that the stay was perfect.

The facility was really pleasant and clean, and the staff was very helpful in answering any questions. The bedrooms were immaculately presented, with clean bathrooms and facilities. The rooms are pretty spacious and come with air conditioning and wardrobes. It was well worth the money I spent for it.

The towels in the bathroom were a bit rugged and could use replacements. Rest, not much, i didnt like.

The willingness of the staff at Grace Guest House to go out of the way for pleasing everyone and to make themselves available to attend to the needs round the clock. The cleanliness of the property, the comfortable bed and break fast menu were amongst the best facilities offered.

Excellent location, well furnished rooms, good choice of food at room service and a nice breakfast buffet. Beds were very comfy; air conditioning was good.

All of the employees were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast selection was adequate. The hotel's location is also advantageous because there are numerous dining options within walking distance. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. We also recommend it to others.
