Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe shower needs updating as water was coming out from underneath the shower door which was highly inconvenient.
A pleasant stay. A special mention and thanks to Danish Bhai who was very helpful and always on hand to attend to our queries and requests. We also want to thank Yusuf Bhai for taking us to and from the airport and assisting us during our stay whenever we required assistance. Breakfast was great with a variety of food which we enjoyed. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to local shops.

The sofas were a bit dirty, and the curtain rail/ring was broken from one side due to which sunlight was coming into the room, which was disturbing while sleeping. The bathroom shower didn't work. The soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste were of cheap quality.
The ambience was good.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was petty, and the bed was very comfortable.

SwitzerlandMy first room wasn't that good but second room was fine For two days, I didn't have hot water which i informed. Food needs further improvement in regards to international options and quality. I felt off flavour in fruit options in breakfast during one of the day stays. Boulangerie needs standardisation in terms of international cuisine.

GreeceThe air-condition was not working properly. It could not reach the desired temperature and sometimes it letting the temperature go too high. Alongside Lahore's humidity levels at the time I was visiting, it was an unpleasant experience.
The location is great, a lot of restaurants & cafes around the hotel. The breakfast is somewhat poor, and mostly focused on local (Asian) people. Europeans will have a hard time finding something to eat.
