They gave us OBAN MM Alam rooms on check in saying LOKAL floor was closed!

Actually the rooms are in Oban Hotel and there was not a singal person of lokal to attend. waited for more then one hour just to book room first they said your booking is done in Lokal Gulberg we are sending you payment detail then they reply after 20 min sorry we gave your room to a walk in guest which was really bad I've paid around 5 thousand extra for MM Alam. Customer Service Is Just Pethatic......

Lokal is doing a fantastic job, very clean rooms, proper facilities including washroom accessories, Taimur our dedicated onsite rep was amazing help and ensured a smooth checkin/checkout. Keep it up Lokal team, hope we can find you in all cities of Pakistan :) Only reason for 9 stars is the windows were not properly insulated hence alot noisy during morning hours.

The location is great , near liberty market , Mm Alam road a great place for shopping . My room is spacious and comfortable , security is good , this is the best hotel I stayed during my 15 days visit of Pakistan . There’s hot water to shower , air cond is cold enough , breakfast selection is a lot of variety and buffet style , the best breakfast I had at Pakistan

Since Lokal is in partnership with Oban Hotels, and we booked via Booking.com, there were too many parties involved in this reservation. Check-in process was not smooth. Hotel had different policies/ booking.com showed a differerent price/ lokal had their separate policies and the customer was left hanging in between all of these. Alot of hidden charges were revealed at the check-in which were not shown in the final booking.com price, but they were all sorted out by Taimoor, Lokal's onground spokesperson, and I ended up paying exactly as much as I had booked it for.

An extremely well stay, one of the best in the budget-luxury line of hotels in Pakistan. We were 3 people staying in the Junior suite. The room had a very modern aesthetic, the furniture and amenities all looked new and fresh. Plenty of countertop space also. Room service is regular, in house food was also pretty good. Complementary breakfast was a wide range of good desi nashta. Location is one of the best in Lahore, located on main MM Alam road, with Liberty Market on a 5 minute walking distance. The staff was very helpful for all our requests and queries, especially Taimoor, Lokal's experience specialist made sure we had a great stay. Would 100% book again if ever in Lahore.

First of all I don't understand why it is called LOKAL Rooms. I thought it was the hotel brand but actual hotel was called OBAN. I don't think it was worth 15K a night incl. tax. Room was very congested and uncomfortable. I stayed at Family Executive/Junior suite which was supposedly their best room. It felt like it was in the basement even though it wasn't. Bed was fairly comfortable. There was also sofa/bed which wasn't comfortable at all. There was barely any sound proofing at all. You could clearly hear every single step of person walking in the lobby. Worst part about this hotel was its bathroom. There was no shower cabin or mats provided. There was shower curtain which didn't stop bathroom from getting wet. So if one were to take a shower in there, it would become extremely dirty and unusable unless you call room service to dry it up for you. Anyways, this would probably be my last visit to this hotel. I expected much better service since this was not a cheap hotel. I think for this hotel, price should be 9-10K only because of its location. I would also like to mention its extremely congested basement parking. Guard wouldn't let me park outside which I would've preferred. There was this guy on KIA picanto trying to park in there and bumped against one of its basement pillars. Things got pretty heated after that since guard was the one helping him park but luckily it got resolved fairly peacefully.

Location was probably the main reason anyone would book this place. It was close to most places I wanted to visit. Staff was very friendly. Probably the only saving grace of this place was its staff.

We arrived at the hotel around 4 pm, two hours after the official check-in time, but room was still not ready. We had to wait at the reception area for approximately 30 minutes before we could access our room. To our disappointment, the toiletries in our room were missing. I had to make two phone calls and wait for about 40 minutes to receive basic amenities like soap and towels. This lack of attention to room preparation was inconvenient. I had to call the front desk twice and wait for a total of one hour just to receive a water bottle. This extended delay in fulfilling a simple request was both frustrating and unnecessary. During check-in, the hotel requested an additional cash deposit. However, I found it perplexing that despite complying with this request, the room service staff continued to demand cash for items like water bottles. This inconsistency was bothersome and counterintuitive to the deposit policy. While entering to hotel restaurant for the breakfast, the staff checked our names against a list of guests staying in the hotel. However, upon leaving, we were unexpectedly stopped by a waiter and asked to pay for breakfast. Had to explain him that we are guests staying in the same hotel and our breakfast was complimentary. This misunderstanding was so embarrassing and caused unnecessary inconvenience. It didn't end here, he then asked to pay for water bottle. Does it mean that they don't offer water in breakfast?? Or waiters do this kind of things to get tip. What so ever, very disappointing experience. In conclusion, our stay was marred by several issues that negatively impacted my overall experience. r future guests.

Noise - a noice of all sort kept coming in the room even the walks and talks from the other rooms which was annoying.

The location is just off MM Alam road and near the liberty market, very convinient for Gulberg area.

Hot water not very hot, but OK. Shirts had some wrinkles after washing and ironing service, unfortunately I only noticed after check out.

Great location and rooms theme and very cooperative staff. Plus this property had underground parking for enough cars. absolutely loved it.
