Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was very nice. Staff helpful. There is an ATM which was the only working one (for foreigners) we discovered on our journey, so big advantage. Security is tight.

PakistanBroken toilet seat, awkward step in bath, USD 125 but they charged us Rs39k instead of Rs 35k, which would be the bank rate. Tea in the atrium was Rs500/cup, which is fine but it was really bad.

United Arab EmiratesThe biggest disappointment was the airport to hotel transfer. The transfer bus was full of mosquitoes biting all the way to the hotel. The hotel didn't care about it when i complained. I had to pay 5k pkr to book a car to go to the airport at the time of check out. The Kabab jee restaurant was just ok.
Room was nice and comfy. Location is very good and convenient. The Breakfast/Sehri was amazing.

PakistanIn washrooms need cleaning of bath place edges as sealings are getting black 😞 The elevators have no visual or audio indicator of arrival on floors. So it's little uneasy to keep looking at which elevator is moving in what direction.
Excellent place to stay. Very well maintained and nicely furnished. Needs some improvement on check in. At reception Abaseen helped us as quickly as he could, but no one else was available to check in guests 😕

United Arab EmiratesWhen i called at 1am asking for some body wash and they sent a guy to my room with all kinds of toiletries BUT the Body wash. Just goes to show that there is no training no nothing for the staff.
there is not much choice in karachi for any decent hotels. the only reason i stay here is the location and the fact that there is not much choice. i'm only somewhat comfortable because i've been coming here for more than 20+ years now. I know a lot of staff and I know what to expect and how to get things done. But the staff really needs so much more training all the time. the Staff that i know go above and beyond to entertain my requests but thats not how a supposed 5 star hotel should operate.
