How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Overall it is a good Experience, However a little effort can be put in to improve small things, e.g. Bed Aide Lamps Not working Intercom not in operational condition Toilet Accessories offered just included a small soap and 2 Sachets of Shampoo No housekeeping was offered in 3 days stay Room Air-conditioning was just barely coping with the room capacity. The bathroom is old and needs renovation Shower Cabin doesn't move smoothly Vanity Shelf needs Renovation

I liked everything about it
Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The hotel was centrally located.

The rooms were very cozy and clean, the staff was very cooperative and the location was very good and close to the city centre. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

I stayed there for a night. The staff at reception was very polite and well behaved, they offered welcome drink and full guidance about city, rent a car etc .Room was clean food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. I highly recommend it. The breakfast buffett was equally as good.

They were extremely kind and helpful. Even when needed additional assistance because my cards weren't working the owner was able to ho over and above to help me. Enjoyed the comforts and the environment.

I would suggest to fix the washroom doors because its hard to close, overall it was nice to stay in Premier inn.
It was pleasured to stay there, they welcome us nicely and the staff was really helpful and specially Mr. Aamir he's a great person and nice way to talk with their guests.

There was only one towel in the bath room which was not so clean. There is no public trasnsport close to hotel. This is not a proper hotel. A very big house with msny rooms, like a big airbnb facility.
Staff was helpful. They ordered food for me when I needed it.

Everything was fine. The location was perfect. Room service and staff behavior was extra ordinary. Especially Mr. Waqar was so nice that any other deficiency can be ignored.

The hotel's location is excellent; however, the rooms are extremely disappointing. I encountered numerous mosquitoes, bugs, and cockroaches, and the bed was uncomfortable and outdated. Despite the staff being generally pleasant, they attempted to overcharge me at checkout, which was frustrating and only resolved after some effort. Overall, apart from its convenient location, this hotel was a very poor choice and not one I would recommend. I would call this hotel a below the average hotel.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We mentioned fresh milk on the first day at breakfast and the next day they had some ready for us. The waiters , reception, cleaners and management were all very helpful and professional throughout. They all went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable.
